Congrats man! Really you and your wife deserve praise. Just remember above all else do what works best for you! We all have our own recommendations/favorites/methods and what I find is that what works best for them doesn't always work for me. Oh and don't get carried away too much on mods like myself. Geesh the money I've spent. Becomes an addiction to an addiction. Congrats again!

Welcome, Louis. After initial investment into a good e-cig and a stockpile of "juice", you'll find your wallet a bit more full also. I used to hand-roll cigarettes and still spent more then smoking than I do now using e-cigarettes.

... but don't get me wrong. The health benefits are good too. :)

Hey louis, Your wife is right, it is for both of you. I didn't realize how much my smoking affected the people around me. Good luck with your new venture. It has been a great journey for me:) and I hope you take the time to enjoy the journey also.:vapor:
Hi guys,
I am louis in a little NE Texas town & I am a smoker.
My wife brought home a e-cig kit for Christmas & told me it was for both of us.
I have been a pk a day smoker for 48years & am tired for not being able to breath & hearing my doctor saying if I don't stop I won't have many more birthdays.
Now at my age we don't like counting, but the alternative is out of the question.
I have been vapeing for a little over a week & have not had a analog in 6 days.
I think this will work as I don't miss the old cigs at all & feel better than I have in years.
I have been reading this forum for over a week & have learned a lot as it has so many long time vaporers on it.
This forum ROCKS & I will check in as often as I can.

Later & keep on vaping
