Just got my first vape today. It's Eleaf Invoke. Also the guy that explained everything to me offered me to get FREEMAX FIRELUKE MESH SUB-OHM TANK . The problem is that after some research (yeah I had to do more before purchasing..) I found out that subohm is more dangerous and has a higher temperature of the smoke.
Would I be better getting something like ASPIRE NAUTILUS 2 with 1.8Ohms?

What is "
sub ohm" vaping? Becoming more and more popular in the last couple of years, sub ohm vaping means using heating coils with a resistance of 1.0 ohm or lower. Basically what this does is produce more vapor and more dense vapor, and arguably better flavor ... at the expense of consuming more e-liquid and battery power. Sub ohm vaping requires the use of a mechanical mod or a high wattage regulated mod. Ego batteries or low power variable wattage regulated mods don't have the amperage output to fire a sub-ohm coil.
It took me a year or more to adjust to sub-ohm vaping, it was just too warm to my liking. It's currently become my preference so it was something that I "grew" into. It typically requires using an atomizer device with a more wide open air draw, or DTL (direct to lung).
Most new vapers want a vaping experience closer to smoking a cigarette. This would be an atomizer device which has a more restrictive, tighter air draw, or MTL (mouth to lung) style of draw.
As a new vaper, I believe you'd be much happier with an atomizer device which uses a standard ohm coil resistance (over 1 ohm) and a more restrictive MTL draw. In general:
Lower Ohm Coils Will:
- Thicker wire (more mass) heats slower than thinner wire
- Produce More Vapor
- Drain The Battery Faster
- Use E-Juice Faster
- Produce A Warmer Tasting Vape
Higher Ohm Coils Will:
- Thinner wire (less mass) heats faster than thicker wire
- Produce “Less” Vapor
- Provide A “Cooler” Tasting Vape
- Use Less E-Juice
- Prolong Battery Life

I've heard very mixed reviews of the Aspire Nautilus 2 tanks. Newer often does not mean better. I think you'd be better off getting the original Aspire Nautilus. It's been around for years and many vapers are still using them. Proven over time. It's a MTL style tank that uses higher ohm coils.
I'll also suggest that you look at the original Uwell Crown tank. Technically its a sub-ohm tank, but they do give you the option to use their 1.25 ohm coils. It can be adjusted for either a MTL or DTL draw with its ratcheted air control ring. You can read my extensive review of this tank here:
Tanks & RDA's Ratings & Explanations . Like the Aspire Nautilus 2, I've read mixed reviews of the Crown 2, 3, and Valarian tanks by Uwell.
