Hello,

Another fresh convert to the world of vaping! Thought I would stop by and say hi.

A (generous) friend got me into it by buying me a ProVape ProVari. I'm previously a Camel smoker, and although I never did find a juice that replicates the flavor of Camel cigarettes, my transition to vaping was easy. As soon as I got it (or rather, when I got my first juice order from Alien Visions) I started using it and didn't skip a beat. That was about two weeks ago.

So far I'm loving it! I can taste and smell so much better already - it's unbelievable. I'm also glad ECF is here with such a wealth of information for people jumping into vaping for the first time as well as old veteran vapers. Keep up the great work!

Haha, yeah. He recently bought a ProVari for himself, and I was trying to buy his old GoGo off him. Instead he just bought a ProVari for me and had it shipped to my house! We go way back - about 22 years iirc - and I think he wanted to see me stop smoking as much as I wanted to.

Anyway, way to jump into it head first, right? :p

I'm currently using a generic colored delrin drip-tip and while I like it for the most part, it seems pretty loose in there which bugs me. I've read some good things about the Nhaler colored and twisted tips - can anyone confirm the fit and feel?

On a side note, I've been using an HH.357 atty and man is this thing awesome. It's expensive, but it blows everything else out of the water for flavor and vapor production (after a short break-in period, that is). Just amazing.

Welcome! That's a hell of a friend you got there! The ProVari is an awesome piece of vaping tech and makes me feel funny in my pants. (But only when I drop it in my lap. And by "funny" I mean "herniated.") Seriously, I love the damn thing. I just need to get some proper high resistance cartos/tanks, and I'm really warming to the new CE2Xes. Either way though these things put out a hell of a cloud and, if you've got the green (or a really, really generous friend) will make you forget cigarettes ever existed.
