Hello and welcome to ECF! Each person is different and it's hard to say. You recieve nicotine different than in an actual cig. It also depends on what strength your nic level is. For me, I vape around 2 ml's a day at a nic level of 8 and I used to smoke a pack a day. I'm sure others will chime in and give you more insight on this.

Definitely try sample sizes in various nic levels, flavors, and pg/vg ratios til you find what you like for nic and pg/vg. Sample sizes are more expensive per ml, but not nearly as expensive as getting a lot of bigger bottles that you end up not liking. I would also suggest trying a big variety, even of things you think you might not like. I never could stand menthol cigs, so thought I wouldn't like minty juices. Found out I do like some! Also it's great to have a very icy minty juice for when your tastebuds just freak out on you, and they probably will. Everything will taste bad suddenly. Vaping something very icy or minty usually helps with that.

If you have any local (brick & mortar) vaping stores, see if they offer a try before you buy option. The one I go to has a bunch of flavors sitting on a shelf in the lobby, and you try as many as you like before buying! Its the best way to save money by not ordering 20 juices that you hate! As far as how much you will vape compared to analogs, I think that depends not only on nicotine, but how good your juice tastes!
