I just started in this craze. I have been noticing these e-cigs for a while now but was turned off by the high prices.
I didn't want to spend sixty bucks on something that I was skeptical about. Finally the truck stop started offering a starter kit for thirty bucks and I took the plunge.
The one I bought was the njoy brand, I loved it right away but the atomizer didn't last long. Luckily by reading the posts here I was able to revive it for a short while. Alas it is now all the way dead and I am back to analogs for the time being.

I just ordered the 510 starter kit along with some other things from one of the suppliers here, I am hooked on this vaping thing. I have wanted to quit smoking for a while now and I think this may be the answer.
When my njoy was working properly I didn't smoke any analogs, didn't even want one.

I really enjoy this board and thank everyone for all the great information, happy vaping everyone, I will be watching developments with interest.

I just switched a buddy of mine from the njoy to the 510. he is completely loving it. couldn't believe there were much better products onthe market for cheaper prices. 50bucks or less for a full starter kit is a good price. glad to see you made the jump, you can now regulate your juices to make sure you know what you are getting in your body compared to god knows what they throw in over at njoy :)

I have'nt tried the 510 yet my first was a blu. Its been 6 weeks going on 7 since I had an analog cig. I just purchased a prestege 1.1 from pure smoker and its great. I'm vaping with the 901 atomizer but yesterday I ordered a 901 to 510 adapter to see if I can use my blu atomizers with my prestege but I am also planning to get a 510 atty to compare with my current attys. Anyway Congrats on making the change to a healther you and welcom to the club.:thumb:

The 510 is very nice, got my first one(first PV) a week ago, and havent had an analog since. But yea, it really is amazing these price differences, ive heard of $150 at some mall kiosks...

That's crazy. But if I had known it would be this great I'd have paid 200-300 dollars for it honestly.

Thanks for the welcomes and the replies.
I ordered two extra attys and two extra batteries.
Do I need to get empty carts or can I use the ones that come with the starter kit and refill them?

You can use the pre-filled ones, but just hope you like the liquid that comes in them! If you already have a juice you like, I would suggest just buying the empty ones and filling them with what you KNOW you like. It can be pretty tough getting any taste you DON'T like out!

Just an update. It's been awhile, I didn't realize how quickly these threads get buried. I couldn't believe this one was 55 pages away in three weeks.

I recieved my 510 and some liquid I ordered, had a small problem after opening the package. My dog found the bottles of juice and drank every drop from both bottles (he steals my beer if I don't watch him too)
After a trip to the emergency vet and 500 dollars I was back home with a lethargic dog and no juice for my new toy. Luckily I had ordered a couple packs of pre-filled carts so those held me over until the new juice arrived.

I love the 510, so much better than the njoy I started with, the only problem I am having is battery life is so short. I got two extra batteries but that doesn't do any good when I only have one charger. Live and learn, I have two chargers coming.

I have yet to realize any cost savings with all the stuff I have ordered and having to order juice twice, not to mention the 500 dollar vet bill. I'm sure that after I get all the hardware I need I will begin to save some money.
