For high VG, I'd say 13.0w, maybe up to 14.0w - 15.0w if you get lucky, depending on flavor.
It's not dangerous to use it much higher, but it won't take long for those dry hits to ruin your vape and kill your atomizer.
18w using 80% PG was the highest I ever got it.
You could vape it real slow and suck a lot of juice into it, but there's no fun in that.

There is no hard and fast number.
Start low wattage, say 5, and work your way up a watt at a time, taking a few puffs in between, until you get the performance you want.

If it starts tasting burnt turn the power down a bit.
If it is not at the level of performance you want at that point?
You'll need to upgrade your tank, maybe your battery too depending on what you are using now. Cheers.

Nautilus minis have higher resistance coils meaning 1.6-1.8 ohms. They convert watts into heat more efficiently than lower resistance coils so not as many watts are needed to get the most out of them. I started a brother of mine vaping 2 years ago on an N mini and iStick 20w. He still uses them exclusively and still at 8-10 watts. I envy that. If you can keep ohms high and watts low vaping is a lot less complicated.

My wife uses the nautilus with similar juice ratios and vapes at 18 watts, but she takes little fast puffs, so the coil isn't heating for long, also she doesn't chain hit either. So it depends on the vaping style. If you are taking long slow vapes, 18 watts may burn out the coil alot faster.

I am using a Smok Micro One and it is reading the coil at 1.86

Hitmetwice has some good advice. Start at 5 watts and bump it about 2 watts at a time after 3-4 vapes. Repeat this process till you find a sweet spot where the flavor is good. If you get a burnt tast back off a few watts.

Hello from Calgary, Alberta. Could anyone tell me much wattage I can safely use on a Nautilus Mini? Using 75 VG / 25 PG

Welcome and glad you joined. I would set at 5 w. and go up slowly (.2w) from there then stop when you have the best flavor.
In General higher ohm coils/lower wattage (generally MTL) vaping will:
Heat the coil slower, which may produce “less” vapor
Provide A “cooler” tasting vape, can produce more flavor
May use less E-Juice (<$ less money)
Prolong battery life (<$)
Prolong coil life (<$)
Prolong wick life (<$)
May result in less PV maintenance/Issues
Less irritation to non vapers
Aids stealth vaping
May be better in the long run healthwise (<$)

I generally use no more than 35 watts anymore will fry your coil faster and have to buy coils faster. You get a great blast off 30 watts. If you want to save money with vg and pg I can help with that.Make your own e-juice and save your money. To make a 30ml bottle costs around $3.here's my website...thebrewtimevaper.com
I ship all over Canada.
