I am in HEAVEN. Seriously. The flavor and vapor from these things is amazing. Upgraded my vaping experience tenfold.

Enjoying some Backwoods Brew Vanilla on my Joye510 with these new ceramic cartos right now. Can't wait to try them on an eGo (which I plan on ordering this Friday when I get paid. I've never looked so forward to payday. lol)

The beauty of these cartomizers is that there's no nasty filler taste. Just straight-up juice. Filling them takes some getting used to. You need a syringe, and you need to make sure that you get the juice into BOTH of the holes inside of the cartomizer (I think). It's easy to overfill if you forget which hole you put half of the 1ml of juice into.

Yes, that's right. They take up to 1ml of juice, which is a huge plus.

Got them from Clouds of Vapor, here: 510 E2 Cartomizer - Ceramic Steel Color

Definite learning curve, though. I think I may have overfilled and ruined two of them. Meh. I'm getting a burnt taste, as well, which is odd with an overfill, right?

Anyone else tried these? I'm interested to hear your opinion or any tricks/tips in filling them.

Burnt taste may be from them not wicking properly or you are vaping it too long. The carto has to get a chance to re-wick if you are vaping the juice faster than it can keep up.

I have heard some mixed reviews on the C-E2's. But i do like the sound of them. Be sure to give us progress updates on them. If your still happy with them at the end of the month i might just have to buy me some.

I think the mixed reviews may have been on the older versions, which had plastic/glue in them. These are completely metal on the inside and out.

I just like the idea of being able to have the flavor of the juice come through as if you were dripping, without the hassle of dripping. I don't have the patience to drip, yet I hate the flavor of the filling in cartos.

I'll keep y'all updated on my thoughts. :)

Do you know what the life span is on these?

Well, it says four fills, but I'm just gonna keep 'em topped off and see what happens. I've also been told that regular cartomizers (like the ones I use on my KR808) are only refillable a couple of times, but so long as I don't let them get completely dried out, one can last me well over a week. I'm guessing the same goes with these.

Thanks for the swift reply! They sound great but wouldn't be economically feasible for me.
I ordered a couple of mega attys and mega cartridges from a supplier and instead I received 5 mega cartomizers. They told me to keep them and they were out of stock on the carts. They are going to send them to me when they're in.

I love the feeling of even a regular cartomizer and the taste, but even those are a bit too pricey for me on a regular basis (I'm a very heavy vaper) and with the ceramics being shy under $10 each...my hope is that in the future they'll go lower in price. They sound amazing. :)

Have fun with them!

You're welcome! :)

Actually, I paid $8.99 for five of them with a coupon. I was thinking the same thing when I ordered them...I thought I'd only get one! I was soooo happy when I got a pack of 5.

I'm LOVING BWB in these...wow. I knew Don's stuff was good, but these really bring out the real flavor of his juice. Nice.

I'll keep you posted on how long they last.

lol! The ad said $9.95 for each! At $8.99 I am tempted to try them. I've been pretty good with keep cartos wet.

I will try to fit them into my ecig budget next month. :)

lol! Everyone talks about how much money ecigs save, but so far, considering I used to make my own cigarettes for 2 years (3 PAD $1.50/pack), I am still way behind the eight ball here with all the growing pains! laughing. :)

I heat some distilled water in the micr in a cup ...take it out and drop em in...swoosh em around...let soak ..swoosh again..run under hot water and blow em out...and shake em like a thermometer..lol...then I do a dry burn...(but I am always scared when I do..lol)...but the coil is shiny new looking when I am done... :)

this is what works for me...so far... :)

Thanks! The dry burn idea is very clever. Oh noes! One more thing to remember I'll have to get, distilled water! :)

There is a massive thread about these elswhere on the forums that has all kinds of great info about these. It looks like folks are just rinsing them out and doing a good old fashioned dry burn. The discussion at some point turned into how the wick may burn if you dry burn it. A quick glance at the thread makes me think that this is no longer an issue.

Can't imagine why you couldn't dry burn these just like an atty. There's no filler too burn, the coil is inside a ceramic cup just like an atty. Heck, it's seriously looks like a revised atty that holds the liquid as well. I can't wait to try them. It's a fantastic design.

Also, I don't see any reason for these to not last just as long as an atty with proper care and maintenance.

I would be carefull heating distilled water. It can go beyond the boiling point and not boil. The second an impurity enters the water, it can boil explosively. No joke, sounds wierd but it's true.

You can use plain old tap water just fine. That's how I clean my attys and it works great.
