I emailed Vicki to tell her that the button on my black Ego battery I purchased recently was sticking. Less than four minutes later, I had an email telling me "your order has shipped" followed by an email saying she's sent a return envelope and a new battery. Sheesh! And that's why I shop at Cignot

LOL I have come to realize that this is the norm, Vicki is the Queen of Customer Service
