Like the older one...J class... I have one year from my seller. On USB port is less :pervy::thumbs:

Are you saying your seller is extending the warranty out of their own pocket? Read your manual, it says 6 months. However I think the ML is so well built that no one will need to use their warranty. It should last years without any problems. :thumb:

My vendor is giving me one year. Long live honest shops!

It doesn't make any sense that your vendor give you a one year warranty. Are they going to replace it for you out of their pocket? Did you read the one year warranty on their site? If so the site is wrong. Lots of sites say one year because they assumed since the M had one year that the ML does too.

You guys are killing me I have to many mods already and know I'm going to have to get the ML. I also have a opus 200 and a few other top notch mods and I'll tell you what I honestly don't know if I can part with my M class. Even after all the other mods I have had or just tried my M class has taken a beating and it just keeps on ticking. Honestly not that I have any against the Evolve chip set but as far as buying a Vapor shark I will never buy from that company again not for anything. Maybe some of the other ones are good or even great but as far as I'm concerned the Vapor Shark is just a horrible mod and and terrible company and their mods have more problems then when other people install the same chip into another mod and it works better than a Vapor shark. How can you justify the fact that someone who played such a huge part of the making of the chipset and yet people who have no involvement with evolve other they bought the chip are putting out better mods then Vapor Shark. Plus they have the worse customer service rules I have ever heard of. I guess I'm just a diehard YIHI guy seeing as how I have literally beat my M class up for such a long time and I mean abused it and it still works like a champ. Can anyone say that about a vapor shark not a chance.

Yo honestly I have heard of a couple of vendors that have done it but it's probably a smaller vendor who goes out of his way to make customers happy. I know exactly how I will buy mine from and he really does go out of his way to make people happy.

It's nice to hear some vendors will cover something out of warranty. I just never heard of that happening.

Ya totally not something that happens a lot but I believe that's all he really sell so I've heard him being really cool about things. The reason I hate Vapor Shark so much is mostly based on customer service I placed a small like 30 40 dollar order and some how it got lost. So I call them up tell them what happened and they were like sorry about that basest once we ship it. It's no longer are problem. I was like wow here is this multi million dollar company ready to lose a customer for ever over something that was insured anyways I even paid extra for express delivery. When their are way smaller companies that don't do a fraction of the business they do yet they go so far out of their way to make sure that you are happy and everything is good. Ever since that I just refuse to buy anything from them I couldn't believe it. Eventually I did get the package and it was all good but ever since the guy said that I was ok good to know I'll spend my money somewhere that appreciate a customer.

Tpd not withstanding I know the vendor I purchased my ml from would honour a years warranty sadly he'll likely be out of business before that year is up.
I don't know I hear where you coming from with that but honestly just knowing that he is willing to help out that much makes me never want to put him in that position. I could have swapped out my M class for the paint job but I didn't even bother. Because one It didn't bother me that much and 2 just knowing he was cool like that between my best friend and I we probably got over 20 of them from him for other people and I only know of 1 that was exchanged.

Sounds like I'll never buy from Vapor Shark. I've had packages not show up and the vendors have always reshipped my order. They just file a claim with the shipper.

Ya same here I'm telling you if you are ever tempted to order from them read their corporate policy and then see if you still feel like taking that chance. I'd say there like the Walmart of the vape industry but a overpriced version. I'll go with a mom and pop shop that has good people working there any day of the week.

Well he may not it depends how much our worthless government enforces the tpd when it comes in, if he doesn't go out of business he will be severely hit by it as liquid is a big part of his business.

I guess I haven't been keeping up with the news. What is TPD, is it a law against juice with nicotine?

True, mom and pop vendors usually work harder to keep their customers happy.
