To the guys that are bugging out about the positive being press fit like the atty is completely broken now, y'all do realize that this is using the exact same deck as both of the goliaths right? I have never heard of anyone having actual problems with it, not even months down the line. I have never once had an issue with play any of the goliaths even when putting in huge builds and tightening them down to the extreme, not even the slightest movement. If yours came loose then it is a QC issue that slipped by and you should contact the vendor you purchased from.

UD is actually pretty damn good at providing replacements to vendors so if the place you bought from are not dicks they should replace it for you. Last time I had an issue with the goblin v1.2 I purchased I simply took pics and sent it to the vendor who then sent them to UD. They let me keep the first one AND shipped me a replacement free of charge. Wanna know the fault? A crooked airflow ring, that is it. I am sure they will replace it for an issue like this. All I know is that if the Gv1& 2 and the Bellus can have some of the most stable TC readings of my RTA collections, then there is clearly nothing wrong with the connection design.

Fact is that with mass produced products some duds will sneak by even the the best QC. I am still in the review process for the Bellus (I don't review an RTA until I have at least 2 weeks of use with it) and I have yet to have even the slightest of issue with the connections, sorry to hear that you have had an problem but it is clearly not some type of rampant design flaw but rather a QC bung up. If this was some major flaw clearly more people would be having issue with it which is not apparent in the users of this thread nor my experience. Using TC is pretty much the ultimate connection gut-check and my experience with both 430ss and ti01 have been flawless on the Bellus.

On another note; I am glad to see that people saw how easy this atty is to mod as I did. I bought one specifically to mod as they are so cheap, and 5mins later with a dremel/ needle files and I have the max airflow you can get out of a 510 drip tip RTA/rda. Pretty insane. It is so easy that legitimately anyone who wants to can do it, I really did not even need the dremel and could have easily just done with the needle files. I have brought my modded one up to the highest wattage in a mod I have right now (150) and it handled it without issue.
Nice post.

For you and any other members who've opened up their AF, can you still shut it down with the AFC?

Simply gorgeous machining and finish. Fits are perfect on all threads, top cap easy, AFC ring just right, no leaks. First simple build 24 ga, 2.5 mm, 5/6 wrap, .26 ohm. Built high so bottom of coils are in the middle of the air holes.

Plenty of air but the flavor's muted. Hmmm. More work. Will try lowering the coils, shorten and thin the wicks.

No leaking whatsoever after a couple of refills and builds. Flavor improved for me when I lowered the coils to align with the air holes after setting them high for the first build. I'll take a little less airflow for better flavor any day. Still putting the wick ends down only into the step in the juice channel, no lower. Also, thinning the wicks a little helped wicking in the second lower build.

Don't have an optimal build yet. Will try twisted 28 gauge next, 2.5 mm, also aligned with the air holes.

Agree 100℅ that is why I use a Goblin Mini and Kayfun Nano because I want the best flavor I can get. And the Kayfun doesn't have the greatest airflow.

Tore my bellus apart trying to get the positive post off. It was a no go couldn't do it. The 510 pin is a cap nut, there is a peek (I think) nut around the all thread that holds the deck in place. Got the nuts out but the deck still wouldn't move. Didn't want to use a hammer so I reassembled. Don't know if tightening the internals will help with a loose deck but I figured I should post what I saw.

Um, I think you meant October.

Meanwhile, tracking number finally started working, it was marked out for delivery by USPS today in NY, then they realized NY isn't Maryland apparently, and its on alert.

I hate when that happens...had one package from California that arrived here and was out for delivery and was forwarded to West Virginia, then Chicago for four days, then to Charlotte, then back out for delivery and got delivered...go figure?????

Dont think Ill use this tank much due to leaks when re-filling. I have tried everything I know including single/dual coil, coil up high/down low, lots of cotton/little cotton, trimmed cotton, half way in juice channels/none in juice channels, closing airflow slowly fill starting top cap and turning upside down, airflow open slowly fill slowly screw down top cap. I even tried to bottom fill it. No matter what Ive tried its managed to leak and quite a bit each time. Ive watched as many videos as possible and that hasnt worked either, sigh.

As soon as the chamber is clear it vapes great and doesnt leak until its empty and I try to re-fill. At this point its jus not a tank I can trust to get me through a 10 hour shift at work so for now Ill stick to my Goblin mini which has been virtually leak free.

    No you can't
Been using bellus steady close to a week built about ten different coils and must have filled it two or three times a day and that not counting open and fiddling with the coil/wicks. Only time Leaking was a issue when I forgot to close air flow before filling.

A must when filling a dry tank close the air flow adjustment all the way, don't have to thatvif you tank has juice.

They supplied two coils 2.5 mm I'll presume because that size works best. I pancake the cotton just at the Chanel's and I use thin juice at 65% PG. Like I said any leaking was because it was my fault.

Only problem I have is resistance has jumped around because the post was lose, did my diy fix and it OK no. Like this bellus so much that ordered another one last night. I told myself I was going to that because of the post though maybe it was a bad unit and give it another try if nothin else I do my fix.

Did twisted wire setup and seen no difference from the coils they suppied.
