I started with V2 6mg menthol and theirs is 100% pg.
Went up to 12mg but was too harsh and found myself getting hartburn.
So the last few days I have been experimenting with a couple of 100% VG juice at 12mg. not a big throat hit ( WHICH I LOVE ) , it doesnt make me cough , but flavor is not as strong.
Can I mix the V2 Brand that is 100% PG with the other brands 100% VG ????

Also , when it comes to Cartos, I have heard 100% VG with ruin them Faster because they are thicker.
Is there another option for the 808 batts that would allow me to get away from Cartos IF this is true.
Thanks all !

I haven't tried their liquid, but I mostly vape 70%pg/30%vg juices. PG is a bit harsh for me so adding the VG makes it a smoother vape with a lot more vapor. As for flavor, VG does mute the flavor, but there are plenty of excellent vendors that makes very tasty pg/vg or 100%vg blends.

As for cartomizers, I used them exclusively and they work fine with the 70/30 mix, but I haven't tried 100%vg in them. I've heard of some wicking issues with thicker juices though. It might just take a little experimenting.

A carto is filled with a polyfill type fiber that is similar to cotton. The thicker the juice, the slower it penetrates into the filler. Since the heater coil is at the bottom of the carto, next to the threads, you may experience what we call slow feed at times. You will be vaping along and suddenly get vapor and flavor dropoff. When that happens, you can stand the ecig on the battery end an wait for the juice to soak down and refill the coil area.

Or, you can try a mix of pg and vg. 70/30 is very popular for those who don't like 100% pg. Adding just a little VG makes a big difference in the vape.

The V2 cartos are quite good, and they can be re-filled just as easily as my Boge LR ones. I still think the Boges give much better vapor. I don't think you should have problems filling them with 100% VG, but you have to be more patient when doing so. VG juice is absorbed slowly. I use only syringes to fill mine, and with VG I actually flood it, then wait a while, draw back on the plunger to remove the excess juice and do this all over again some three times. Waiting is the most important - with light mixes I don't really wait at all and everything is fine, but with VG it takes some time.

I don't know why you what to get away from cartos, but you can try pretty much everything on the 808 battery - whatever 901 device should work, and you can also buy an adapter to use with 510 stuff for $1. However, do not use low resistance carts, attys or anything else on the V2 batteries, they cannot handle that.

I'd start small when combining at first counting drops. All in 50/50 may not turn out nice for you!

Cartos are not that expensive....try one to see what happens...YMMV.

Yes, you can mix the PG/VG liquids to find what works best for you. If you have automatic batteries be careful not to overfill them or otherwise risk getting e-juice into them or it will kill 'em graveyard dead. Also, as another poster responded, stick with standard resistance cartos or (if you have manual batts) attys; LR stuff will kill small batteries. Good luck & Happy Vaping! :)

(should have said "be careful not to overfill the cartos" or risk getting juice in the batteries)
