Thanks! I'm pretty sure the BC option is going to work better for me because of the tax thing. Will likely make my order soon.

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned another vendor in BC to you but that is Gentlemens Reserve. They carry the Twists, Stardusts and Vivi Novas, etc. They also have a coupon code (BC10) for 10% off and the owner, Daniel, is a really great guy!

Lots and lots of info here so I thought I would add a few things.
Canvapes has free Canada wide shipping over $100.
JS2 is fantastic for mixing with other juices that I have found to be a bit too harsh. I love some of the chinese DK juices but they can be a bit harsh so I mix some JS2 to my taste. It mellows and adds a unique hint to the original juice.
I have one of those Esco tanks (Canvape has them) and I found that they give more dry hits then any version of Stardusts that I have tried and are a bit top heavy with an eGo Twist. They do work well but not as good as the old style long wick Stardust (Version 3, old style?).
I just love the 650mAh Twist with Stardusts on top. They look pretty good without being top heavy. The 650mAh is shorter and two last me all day. Add a third and I am good for the evening as well.
I normally have a different flavour in each of two or four Stardusts with me when I am out of the house.

Thanks for the replies. I have learned a lot. My Jugheads order showed up today. I was hoping my hardware would arrive as well, but it looks like I'll be waiting until next week to actually try some of these things out. I thought I'd post a picture for people to see what exactly came in my package. They treated me quite well and upgraded a couple sizes for me, etc.

Now I just need those twists and SD 2.0 long wicks. It's kind of torture to have a bridgeless atomizer and a drip tip and not have a battery to sample the juices haha.

EDIT: Dang, it shrunk my big beautiful picture.

Oh ... that is the definition of cruel and unusual punishment. Staring at the e-juice, atomizer and drip tip with no batteries.

Pic's too small to figure out what flavours you got - you'll have to give us your thoughts on them once you have a chance to test them out. If you're looking for a silver lining ... at least the juices will have a few days of steeping.

One thing to remember - if you aren't sold on the flavour the fist time you try it, let it sit for a week or so and try it again. Steeping some juices makes the flavours meld. Plus, if you're just coming off the analogues, your tastebuds will be kind of dull. Doesn't take long for them to come back to life - and all of a sudden, everything tastes better.

I'll give you the flavour list. It's clear in the full size pic, but I guess the forum shrinks it down.

Left to right: JS3 McKool, Jokesmoke Classic, Jokesmoke 2.0, 7 bUrP, Che-cherry Bacco, Wild Honey Badger, Razzleberry, Pure Canadian Maple, Jugz Koffee Supreme.

Anyone with specific thoughts on these? I tried to get a mix so I'd have an idea what direction my tastes will take me.

I've tried Jokesmoke 2.0 and Che-Cherry Bacco out of those.

Jokesmoke 2.0 is a great one for when you don't feel like getting your socks knocked off by flavour. It's mild, clean, good as a palate cleanser. Everyone gets something different out of it. Me, I get sweet with a touch of je-ne-sais-quoi.

Che-Cherry Bacco is exactly what it says on the tin. A nice, strong black cherry married with a rich, earthy, somewhat sweet (and a little spicy) tobacco. To this day I still maintain that it smells exactly like Amphora Black Cherry pipe tobacco when you first open a pouch. This may not be good as a reference point for a lot of people, but it's what my brain keeps telling me. Not sure how Juggy mixes up his tobacco base, but it's a winner in my books.

Did you order from canvape instead of vaporgeek ? They're both good vendors, but waiting for things to travel across the country can be painful sometimes. :p

I find Jugheads tobaccos really mild. Both jokesmokes taste very similar to me and are just a very plain, semi-sweet tobacco and I've been vaping both 90% of the time. To me the Canadian Maple tastes like vanilla and caramel and the Che'Cherry tastes a tiny bit perfume-y with mild tobacco - but I tend to always dislike cherry flavours. One of the worst flavours I ever tasted was another vendors black cherry. Don't ask why I keep trying Cherry, it seems to be a hard flavour for every vendor. Wild Honey Badger is a really nice, sweet and slightly spice-y honey tobacco.

So I decided to smell them all. It was kind of mistake because they smell so good I practically want to take a taste.

The Che-cherry Bacco smells the strongest and it's definitely the most sophisticated odour of the bunch. Interested to see what that will taste like, but the scent was very pleasing. The Maple smells kind of like maple with something cooked and buttery. It too was more complex than I expected. Jokesmoke classic and 2.0 smell similarly almost like plain sugary sweetness with the 2.0 having a stronger scent. The coffee suprised me with a bit of a chocolatey tone. The 7 bUrP basically shocked me at first scent with how much it reminded me of actual 7-up. I shouldn't talk about the smells because I haven't even tried vaping yet, but I'm fairly eager.

I did go with canvape. It ended up being cheaper AND they had the exact items I wanted. With no settling necessary it was a fairly straightforward choice. I really wanted the SD 2.0s instead of the older ones. Not sure why, but that's where my heart was set.

So I've received all of my items now. The batteries were basically charged up, but I put them all on chargers until the light went green. Haven't tried any stardust action yet as I'm still dripping the different flavours to figure out what I like as I need puffs. So far I've tried 3. Jokesmoke 2.0, Jugz Koffee, and Che-Cherry Bacco. Both Jeremy and I like the JS 2.0 the best so far, but all 3 of them are flavours that don't bother me at all.

Initial thoughts:

JS 2.0 tastes and smells kind of like mild cotton candy.

Jugz Koffee tastes a bit like tootsie rolls or high end coffee flavoured candies.

Che-Cherry is fairly mild with some cherry and other notes.

I don't really taste much in the way of tobacco odour/flavour in JS or CCB.

I'm not sure how much smoking it will replace yet, but I only smoked my first of the day today (before the package arrived) and haven't had to yet though I do feel mild withdrawal/hunger.

Try vaping first and if that doesn't always work, you can smoke and vape. You'll still save a bit of money and your health should improve a bit. You might need a stronger tasting juice or higher nicotine, especially for certain times. I found it was a slow process and I smoked and vaped forever.

So far it's 8pm and I haven't smoked a cigarette since 9:30am. By now I'd usually have about 4-5 smokes in me. I feel slightly less satisfied, but I'm not exactly struggling either. I have had a smoke with a friend at about 6pm too and vaped while she smoked, but I refrained from taking a drag off her and it wasn't TOO hard —though I thought about asking a few times. We'll see how she goes.

So far so good. I'm not absolutely hooked on vaping, but I do find it reasonably decent and it seems to keep my cravings down to a minimum. I've not smoked or even puffed a cigarette since Monday morning at 9:30am.

I do find that I'm getting better at vaping. I didn't realize there'd be a learning curve, but if I do it in certain ways the flavour is much stronger. For me it's taking a slow draw across the tongue, let vape sit in mouth for half a second, maybe take in a bit of air, and open the nasal passages so it can travel up there without effort, can suck it into the lungs at points in this process, etc, but when I hit it just right the flavour bursts onto the scene almost unexpectedly just as it starts to waft into the nasal area. Initial slow draw across the tongue primes the flavour too.

A convoluted explanation, but it's hard to really describe what's actually going on, I just know it makes it about 3 times as flavorful if that's what I want on a specific draw. I might be strange and over-analytic.

Nah, you're not strange or over analytic, we all have different tastes and preferences. I have some JH Circus Kotton Candy and I honestly find it extremely mild, to the point that there's almost no flavour. I also found the Cola to...sting my mouth? it's odd. Oh sure, I'm still vaping it, spent the money and it's not a bad taste (have had some nasty juice before that I won't touch again, ever. I'll be bringing them to the next meet here for people to take if they want them). The first month of vaping I was pulling around 4-6ml/day @ 18 easily, just to keep the cravings at bay. I'd guess around a week ago I noticed I've been "forgetting" to vape for several hours, where before I would need a few drips/pulls every 10-15 minutes. My thought is once you get over the "hump" of vaping and you get used to only having nicotine (opposed to the other alkaloids) the "need" diminishes.

Remember: Every time you vape you aren't smoking a cigarette, and that's what the goal is. Keep with it, don't be discouraged, and one day you'll go to bed and realize you haven't had one all weekend, then a week, then a month, and (hopefully) finally you'll not NEED any at all. If you read around here there's people who kept on cigarettes for years while vaping. Nobody here will come down on you for continuing to smoke, in fact (from my experience) everyone here is extremely supportive of your efforts. I'm not sure how long you've been a smoker, but as a 20+ year PAD there's more than just the chemicals I was fighting. There's the ritual of smoking that has to be gotten over also, and it sounds to me like you're starting to do that already with new vape techniques and such. My largest issue is the social side of vaping and how it's viewed, but even that is a null point lately.

It isn't a simple "This is the equivalent of this", it's a process that takes time and patience.

As far as convoluted explanations go, as you can see, they don't bother me much. Typing as you think freeform is fantastically fun.

So, again, keep on truckin', you made a decision and you've taken the first steps. It will only get easier. ECF is a great support (so much that I doubt I would have been able to kick the habit without), there's a LOT of people going through the same thing you are who are here to help when you need it.

Thanks for the reply Rec.

I've been doing better than at first in the last couple of days. I still haven't even had a drag of analogue since the morning of the day I received my rig. My Juggy-Juice is coming together nicely and I've been picking my favorites. Right now my top two are the Jokesmoke 2.0 and Che-Cherry. The Che-Cherry is smoother and rounder than it was when I first got it and it's a complex mouth filling flavour now. I've dripped it for the better part of the day today. (My stardust is on Razzleberry right now and I have one fresh stardust I haven't felt like breaking in yet). JS 2.0 is puffable basically forever.

I'm still going through about 1.5-2 ml a day at 15 strength. I think I'm taking in slightly more nicotine than when I was smoking because I basically never crave, but that's also made it quite easy to stay off the sticks. I've survived a drinking night and many analogs that the girl has smoked within 2 feet of me so I'm going strong and the vaping experience is becoming the norm to me.

I've started becoming a dripper almost by accident. I like the stardusts, but the 2ohm 510 bridgeless from jugheads works like a charm. I blow it clean when it's out and can switch flavours and when I camp on one flavour I just add 2 drops and it'll puff for me on 3.4 volts for longer than a cig. (since I got my rig I've slowly been getting into lower voltages for whatever reason) The little wick in the 510 bridgeless seems to have the remnants of the previous round moistening it and when I add 2 drops it holds onto it and it will out-puff my girlfriend having a smoke next to me by a fair margin.

One of my favourite aspects is just how large the plumes are. People are shocked at the output of my set up. I've brought 2 others to ordering their own and one of my friends feels that he wants one when he gets the spare change so that brings the total to 4 people I've brought into the fold.

Ramble ramble ramble. It's late-ish. I sleep now. (probably finish off what che-cherry is in my tip first ;) )

As a quick update I had another friend order from Jugz last week and had him grab me an H2O Melonz and Swedish Pastry +.

I haven't tried the Melonz yet, but I dripped some SP+. Straight out of the bottle it's something special. It's quite different from the other flavours I have. It's baked pastry on the nose and Dare Cinnamon Danish cookies in the mouth when vaped. It also comes complete with plenty o' big ol' clouds.
