Hello all, I have been using my new e cig for a couple weeks now and overall I have been extremely satisfied with it. I had been a pack a day smoker for about five years and was able to quit the cigs with little effort thanks to my e-cig.

I am still new to this and have a few questions/concerns. First off I am using an eGo-c (I guess that's what it's called, I will try to include a picture) with a vivi nova tank. I wanted to try a new flavor ejuice so I cleaned out the tank and I think I must have screwed something up because now that I have reassembled it and put in the new juice it is producing considerably less vapor than it was before I cleaned it. Even the high setting is producing less vapor than the low setting was before. I'm not sure what the problem is so I find myself here hoping you can offer me some advice on what I may have done wrong. The juice I am using is the same as what I was using before except it is a different flavor of course, and I reduced the level of nicotine from 24mg to 20mg.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Agree with above posts. You cant fill above the bottom of the silicone. If its too full the excess juice will hinder the amount of vapor till the level drops lower. Also those wicks need to be dry or at least towel dry. Dry burn the coil after cleaning just till you see the hint of red coming from the coil.

Its pretty tough to screw up on a nova. Lol.

Thanks for the replies. The video isn't loading on my phone so I'll take a look when I get home. The tank isn't completely full in the pic, it's actually less than half full. I made that mistake once lol. If its a true vision brand im not sure I don't have the box in front of me right now but the vivi nova came in this little black box with two extra wicks 1.8 & 2.8 ohms as well as the 2.4 which was already in it. I did towel dry the wick before putting it back together and I dry burned it for a few seconds which I was told to do by a friend who has been using his for a while now. I'm not sure what the pg/vg ratio is on this flavor or the last one I had. I got them at a place called freedom smoke USA and I just got the "standard" juice I guess. I didn't request any certain pg/vg ratio or anything. Could they have given me a different ratio since I didn't specify?

I didn't request a specific ratio because I honestly don't know what it means so is there something I could read to familiarize myself with that?

OKC, OK
I'm fairly new to this also, but from what you have said so far there are lots of things that could give the symptoms you describe. It may just be normal for the second flavor to produce less vapor. Generally higher VG produces more vapor than higher PG, my own experience with most liquids that I have tried so far has been that the lighter ones also produce more vapor, not necessarily more flavor though. If you're getting good flavor just enjoy and who cares about the vapor.
