Smokeless Image just came out with a next gen cartomizer that puts out a lot more vapor and some kind of barrier to prevent that burnt taste. Green Smoke has something similar but they're just way too expensive. I've tried so many cartomizerss, Smoke Tip, Green Smoke and even ordered From a Chinese company direct but never satisfied with the low vapor so i'm really pleased with the new ones.

I'm not seeing anything on their site talking about what makes their cartos different. Can you elaborate?

Your method works great. Tried it last night and no mess, no fuss. Completely filled my carto and finally got rid of that dry vape. :) Thanks for sharing that.

...your very welcome...I did and still use a syringe on occasion(especially for Resurrectors) and watched all the vids, many of which seemed like too much sugar for a dime...thought about it and tried the flood and fill method and said EUREKA...at least that's my story and I ain't a'changin' it for no one....................

Trapped within my imagination
I didn't see anything regarding this when I scanned through this thread..Sorry if I missed it....

But I too love dripping ( not the inconvenience) Wasnt so crazy about the other options mentioned except for the tanks ( which you can't switch out flavors on too much)

I suggest going to you tube and typing in "empire drip shield" and check it out... Lets me drip bout 8-9 drops as opposed to 3-4 at a time and you cant flood it if you over drip.... Vapes for 2-3 times longer before having to drip again.... That along with a tank ( for my all day/go to vape juice)..I'm lovin...Good luck

Thanks for all the replies guys! I will have to try cartos again and use the condom method for filling and see if that works. As far as the ce2's I just pulled the one I tried tonight apart and its toast. I pulled all the plugs out and he center portion above the cup is black and burnt and no matter how much juice is in there or even putting a drop in the center it still gets that burnt assy Hahah flavor within 5 drags. I love the idea or a bottom leader but I don't want to carry such a large odd looking mod. I'll look this post over again closely with the suggestions and see what I can come up with. Thanks again!

The cup seal on your CE2 is probably pinching the wick. This does not allow the juice to reach the coil quick enough. The CE2 may not be toast yet. Try doing this:

- Once you removed all the plugs, pull off the tube.
- Rinse the wick in distilled water then dry it by patting it gently with a paper towel.
- Place the CE2 on the battery without replacing the tube and dry burn it. Activate the battery for about 5 seconds and then let it cool for 10. The coil will get red-hot. Do this until the amount of smoke from the CE2 is almost gone and the coil is nice and clean.
- Rinse the coil portion with distilled water and dry with a paper towel.
- Replace the tube.
- Do not put the cup seal back. Instead use the thin "donut" seal with the ridge toward the cup. This will greatly improve wicking and keep leakage to a minimum.
- After you fill the CE2 let it soak for 10-20 minutes then vape away. You only need to let it soak after cleaning or after the first fill.

Also make sure you use juice with 25-30% VG or less.
