Hi All,

Just got my fasttech Shipping Confirmation for my first kit so getting excited.

I've been trying to research DIY to cut costs in the future and thought I would ask for some advice.

What im looking for is a target of 10/12mg at its cheapest cost by going to about 300/400ml per batch.

Im from the UK so i've come across Vape Liquid DIY

I'm thinking of buying:-

1 x Diamond Crystal 54mg PG - 100ml @ £13.56
1 x PG - Propylene Glycol Pharmaceutical/Food Grade - 100ml @ £2.40
2 x VG - Vegetable Glycerine Pharmaceutical/Food Grade - 100ml @ £2.40

Having per 100ml:-

Flavoring @ 15%/ml
Diamond 54mg PG @ 21.25%/ml = 11.475mg
PG @ 21.25%/ml
VG @ 42.5%/ml

Giving me a 50/50 VG/PG @ 11.475mg.

Would this be right in thinking? and a good way of mixing?

Also, is there a recommended site for buying DIY liquids and flavoring?

I'd like to add also, i'm not thinking of making 100ml mix's. I used 100ml as an example for easy figures.

It will be for like 10 to 30ml.

Just want to check my figures in my 1st post will give results I think.

The site you linked to has a LOT of interesting flavorings that aren't very readily available here. *jealous*

How im thinking is as the flavor is 15%, leaving 85%.

For the PG/VG to be 50/50 it will need to be 42.5% each.

The Diamond 54mg will be 1 half of the PG, so 21.25%.

Making the mg level as, 54 / 100 * 21.25 = 11.475.

Is this how it would work? im 99% sure but just want that confirmation to be safe from someone.

It would be

22.22% nic (22.22ml)
12.78% PG (12.78ml)
50% VG (50ml)
15% (15ml) total PG based flavoring

I didn't realize the Flavoring was PG based, or is that only certain ones.

Most flavors are carried in PG but not all. Some are carried in alcohol and a very few in VG. When in doubt go with PG.
