Hi folks - I'm just a lurker dropping in to say hello and introduce myself. I've been vaping since September; my mods are the V3 and ICON from Puresmoker. I smoked for over 50 years, and quit on a dime once I got my V3. One hit on that thing and I haven't thought about analogs since. I'm 100% cartomized; I run SR Boges on my V3 and LR Boges on the ICON. I love the V3 at 6v; the warmth and flavor of the vapor instantly transformed me from a smoker to a confirmed vaper.

Anyway, just wanted to drop in and say hi, and I'll probably jump in from time to time. vape on, and Happy Holidays to you all!

Welcome! Like you, I was a long time smoker - over 55 years, and I quit the same day a got my first PV. It has now been over since months since my last analog and I have no cravings for them at all. Thanks for posting.

Welcome Larry! I smoked for 48 yrs and stopped the day after my starter kit arrived (4 mths ago). I wish I had the knowledge then I have now. Someday I'd like to get your set-up

Hey Natalia - I did a lot of lurking and researching before I purchased my V3 from Puresmoker, so I jumped in with what is arguably one of the best mods out there. I run the V3 at 6v with a 510 adapter, using two AW LiFeP04 3v batteries and Boge SR cartomizers. I absolutely love the warmth, flavor and throat hit of that setup. I also have a single AW 17670 3.7v battery for the V3, but I don't use it much as I just love 6v vaping. I run my ICON with an AW IMR 14500 3.7v battery, and though it's a nice setup, it just doesn't measure up to the V3 at 6v. I've heard it said that 6v vaping isn't for everyone, but to me, there is nothing like 6v for overall vaping enjoyment.

Thanks Larry, I really love true 3.7v, so I'd love to try the ICON. Even 5v feels a little harsh to me. Very nice to meet you too
