newbie help

i have just got a v4 the amount of vapour is rubbish but im proberbly not using right
the cartridge has the bit of what ever it is in the bottom am i supposed to use the liquid as well to produce more vapour the first puff isnt too bad then nothing unless i leave it for about 5 mins
any help at all will be gratefully recieved

Did you fully charge the batt? Is the cart crewed on all the way? Did you take a couple primer puffs and then a looooong slow draw? Did you take the silicone plug out of the cart/batt end?

Never tried a v4 before, but give the unit some time to break in and as Rimp said, make sure you try it on a fully charged batt.

If you're asking about liquid, then I'm sure your cartridge is drying out. Atomizers have to be wet in order to work properly. Pick up a bottle of juice and fill your cartridge. You'll see a world of difference.
