Hello! I am fairly new to vaping, I have vaped multiple times but always on others vaporizers. I would now like to buy my own. I really enjoy the ego pen style and like my own of that. I would like to order it online. I don't care if it's a kit or I buy all the parts as long as it's from the same website. It would also be convenient if I can get e liquid from the same site. I am planning on spending approximately $50 on my first set up. I have looked around a fair amount but don't really know what's good so please give me specific suggestions and links would be great too.
Thanks sooo much

Hey i'd say got get a ego c-twist 1000mah or the 650mah with some kanger evods from altsmoke.com or another website if it's cheaper. Liquid wise if you could find a local e cig store around you should go try some flavor out there and see how you like them. Only if you have a local ecig store close by. Buying e liquid online i've heard good things about mtbaker but havn't tried any myself.

Cigtechs.com Honey Dewey is really good and Aqua razz is nice suttle sweet flavor of fruits. I bought 50/50 and seems like a great ratio for me atleast. Hope that helps

For $39 bucks there is a pen style itaste kit that comes with a few iclear 16's, it is full vv/vw and blows the twist/spinner out of the water.
i got mine in 9 days flat from hong kong to new york. i was worth the wait. $39.54 iTaste VW V3.0 7-in-1 Variable Voltage Rechargeable 800mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - vv-3.0 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
That leaves room to get a couple of 30ml bottles of juice available in the same site. Letting you get a complete setup for under $50
check out the vid from grimmgreen an awesome dude :)

You're best bet if your serious and this is my own opinion, is to start off with a vv/vw. The only reason I say this is due to the fact you will buy one eventually.

With all these great deals on vv/vw kits I would just buy one of those. You're not wasting to much money and you get to see what the different temps do to the flavors of the ejuice.

Most recommended kit in New Members Forum (and for good reason):

http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm

Suggest Spinners and EVOD's as there are several choices. Add juice and ready to rumble. The alternative is excellent, and a magniture higher in terms of gear, the iTaste 3.0:

iTaste VV 3.0 - Variable Wattage Device - Pearl Chrome | Variable Voltage | MODS | iVAPE

Use coupon code itastevv for 30% discount. Need two. Also, need toppers:

http://ivape.net/index.php/Kanger-eVod-Bottom-Coil-Changeable-Cartomizer-Black.html?keyword=evod Need two, and replacement heads: http://ivape.net/index.php/Kanger-eVod-SR-coils-2.5-ohm-5-pack.html?keyword=evod

Add juice and you're ready to rock and roll. Regarding juice, two words: Sampler Packs. Try:

1. E-Liquid - Sample E-Liquid - MyFreedomSmokes.com
2. E-Liquid 3ml Sample 4 Pack - $10.00 : Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids
3. Sample smoke juice bottles Johnson Creek Smoke Juice

Good luck and best to you!

The innokin looks tempting also, anyone else have experience with it?

Yes. No Ohm's meter. Big problem for me. The Vamo and Innokin SVD both have variable Wattage (requiring Ohm meters), and they cost less. The iTaste 3.0 is smaller than a Twist and has variable Wattage and an Ohm meter. Other than mechs, I won't buy a device without one, but YMMV, and many swear by their MVP's. Btw, MVP V2 is variable Wattage (with Ohm meter), wait for it. Also, internal batteries are great until they won't charge any more, then you're out the whole APV. The iTaste 3.0 is also a passthrough (semi). Strongly recommend that over the MVP. Also, several friends with MVP's complain that their carto tanks don't work on the MVP. No connection. I've heard this from three of them now (YMMV). My two cents.

But if you want something simple to start (not vv/vw).
This kit costs less than a disposable and includes 900mah battery + usb charger + evod for around $9
$9.30 EGO-EVOD 2-in-1 USB Rechargeable 900mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - champagne / 2.6

nothing can beat that deal. just add some juice and youre ready to go :D

But that only has one battery, I'd recommend getting at least 2 batteries. That way you'll have a charged battery to use while the depleted one recharges.

I gotta agree with Bill up there:

Most recommended kit in New Members Forum (and for good reason):

Vision Spinner Joye Ego-C Twist Combo

I went through two kits before fumbling my way by trial and error into one that's basically that. That is, I'm using Twist batteries (1000mAh) with Vision eGo 2.0 (as they call them at that site) clearomizers. These days, that's in the territory of what I think of as a "starter kit". Easy to use. Good, solid hardware. Widely available parts. In fact, you don't have to get that particular kit from that particular vendor. You can shop around. Even buy the parts from different vendors the way I did. But My Vapor has pulled things together nicely. Wish I'd got one right off instead of a Bleah... I mean Blu. And My Vapor does a "mix and match" that's kinda cool. Some folks like Twist batteries, others like Spinners. You can order one of each. See which you like. I like the way they pulled things together.

Now I think about it visit HighDesertVapes for their, Variable Volt 510/eGo Passthru.. You can not beat the price for that passthru. Chrome has 3v, 3.6v, 42v and 4.8v.

I have one of those. Great little widgets. My only complaint is the cord needs to be longer. At least the one I have. I never seem to have an outlet for a wall wart nor a powered USB port that's quite close enough. I'm thinking I'm going to actually put it in the pickup. For times when I run out the door without a spare battery and without thinking to grab one of the fully charged ones (he typed, grumbling about that last trip to the grocery store where the battery died in the grocery parking lot).

I would also recommend sticking with the eGo mods but I'm not sure I would recommend a VV to begin with. I say go with an eGo that has a USB port on the bottom so you can use it when it's charging. If you are deadset on having the "instant" control VV allows, I would advise you to look into VW instead. It's more plug 'n play for beginning.
