I would suggest looking into kr808 or 510 beginner kits. Since most beginners are looking for an easy transition. The size and shape of them are a big factor for their choice. Disadvantage is battery life and versatility.
Another would be a "big batt kit". Such as an ego, kgo, etc. These are similar to the size of a cigar. In addition, you gain all the advantages that a cig sized kit doesn't give you. Extended battery life and the ability to use other cartomizers and atomizers.
10 or 15ml won't last you very long. Especially if your a beginner. I would est. that it'll last you about a few days.

I would definitly get more then 1 flavor to start. Try getting a sampler pack of flavors or the something like a RY3 or RY4. I went with this setup eGo-C w/ SmokTech Redux Starter Kit

Welcome to the forum. Unforseen gave some great advice. Do some window or Windows shopping lol. If you see something you would like please feel free to post about it and ask questions. There are some great folks here that are quite helpful 
What he said, for me 10 ml lasts a week approx at 18mg, look at the eGo battery' 1000mah and look at the mini novas.
