Yes Sealover, the Riva 1100 has a 510 thread. The one that Dragonbone linked to comes with atomisers & cartridges - most folks now prefer cartomisers & clearomisers, so this is a better one to go for (use discount code ECF10 for 10% off -

The link in your post #43 :) The Riva kits in that link come with atomisers & cartridges. I know you were just showing Sealover what a Riva looked like, but just wanted to make sure they went for one with cartos/visions :)

Oh, sorry. I thought you meant atomizers and carts, like the old days..... lol. You mean, eGo-T type tanks? Actually I have no real idea what a Riva is, except that the band is gold. I think it is more popular on the UK vendor sites than US. When I googled it, a bunch of UK sites came up. Basically, it's an eGo clone? Right?

Dragonbone, if you have a look at the Riva kits in the Cloud9 link you posted, they come with atomisers & carts like in the old days.

I believe the Riva is the same as the KGO that is so highly recommended by folks in the USA.

Sealover, go for the one from Vape Escape as you really don't want to start off with atomisers & cartridges.

As for your 24mg juice that is too strong for you, you can reduce the strength by adding pure glycerine. You can buy glycerine at most chemists or a small bottle from the baking section of most supermarkets. It will also reduce the flavour though. Either that, or you can mix your 24mg juice with a lower mg one to cut it.

Are you saying it's not an eGo-T? Heck what do I know. As I said, I don't know what a Riva is... Anyway, I wasn't particularly suggesting any one thing or type of cartomizer. I was thinking of the battery. The OP asked what a Riva was, so I googled it.

By the way, why are you suggesting a Riva above the MUCH better known eGo? Is it better, cheaper, more readily available in the UK? Or another reason? I didn't even know what it is and I have been vaping for a LONG time.

I've distributed well over 100 Kgo/ Riva Kits. I prefer the Kgo SLB but when ordering in bulk sometimes couldn't get the Kgo so went with the knockoff Riva which I've found is equally as good. The Kgo/ Riva come off the charger @ 4.2 volts and go down to 3.3 but for most of the vape time they are @ 3.7 V.
Credit to sailorman:
"Most of the time when you're vaping a kGo, it will be about 3.7V. It'll come off charge at 4.2, but it will drop pretty rapidly and spend most of it's time at about 3.7V. Then, it will slowly drop to 3.3-3.4V, when you'll probably want to recharge it. An eGo will start and 3.3-3.4V and stay there until it shuts off."

Sadly I see many people buying Ego- C and T starter kits with the atty/ cartridge tank system. As far as I'm concerned they should not be sold due to leakage issues. Yes some are quite happy with them but most usually switch to cartos or clearos. If someone really wanted to use that type of system I'd recommend a bottom feeder.

Oh my goodness, you are right!!! I just went to check. Atomizers and carts. lol!!! That is as old as the hills and I didn't even know that one can still buy them! Total JUNK! What a scam...
