Hi everyone! I have been going back and forth between vaping BluCigs and analogs for over a year now and just last week made the change to a better system so I can hopefully totally quit the analogs for good. I bought an EVOD starter kit and really like the simplicity of it. However, I would like to try another setup or two also!

I was looking around and really like the SV eGO Twist battery 1000mah in the rainbow color, but have no clue what tank to get. I am hoping to stick with a Kanger if possible so I can use the same coils if possible. I was also hoping for one that I could switch the drip tip on to a cute glass one. Is this possible? Also, can I use the same charget for my EVOD batteries and the eGo? I am open to other suggestions as well, not to sound vain, but I really want to try for some cuter set ups and fun drip tips!
[h=1][/h]Thanks in advance!

Hey Laura10

perfect battery choice and you want a mini protank 2

Kanger Mini ProTank II w/ Removable Drip Tip

the coils are interchangeable with your evod clearo

charger should not be an issue either

EVODs, ProTanks, MiniProtanks all use the same coil. The ProTankII and the MiniProtank II have changable drip tips.If you want to venture into the Varible volage world try this. They have a smaller 650 mAh version too. Both at great prices. You just use the beauty ring that comes with the ProTanks
Mega KGO VV 1300mAh

PS Welcome to ECF and a world without stinkies.

+1 for the mini protank 2, because it uses the same coils as the evod. You can also change the drip tip. Yes, you can absolutely use your evod clearos with the ego twist, or any other battery with ego threading. I hope you enjoy the juice from AiV. Personally, i love their White Rabbit...it tastes just like french toast to me. Enjoy!

any setup that uses an adjustable volt battery and tank (like the EVOD or ProTank) can be considered a 'MOD'. Your battery choice is spot-on... I have a couple and they work great. As for tanks, I know you mentioned sticking with a Kanger product, but may I suggest the Aspire 'Vivi Nova' style tank... They are a bottom dual-coil setup, which should/will give you better flavor than the ProTank. They also have replaceable drip-tips and come in a variety of colors. Of course, if you are using a strong cinnamon or citrus juice, then the glass ProTank would be the better choice due to the chance of tank meltdown.

Sorry for the dumb question, but what do you mean by mod size (totally new to this LOL)? If it is the battery, I was thinking of this one....
Vision Spinner - 1300mah - Rainbow

PS-hope it's ok to post the link!

It's fine post the link.
The Spinner is also from the eGo class of PVs...
"This is the highest capacity variable voltage eGo available today!"
I own the Twist and the Spinner and really prefer the Spinner.
- longer battery life- important if vaping at a higher voltage
- shorter than the Twist BUT 1 mm wider
- easy to see voltage markings and an easy to turn knurled voltage dial
- made by a large and reputable company
As far as clearomizers I will only say it best to choose the "Mini" style as the regular sized clearos are meant for larger Tube Mods. Also looks weird and tends to make the PV top heavy. The Spinner will accept either 510 or eGo threaded accessories.

Hit my lonely (as in the only one so far) blog post to see a video and for some information about rebuilding Kanger heads.

I use mini protank IIs, and while the flavor was ok the first few days, it quickly went sour - sweet juices can really gunk up coils and wicks. So, you need to learn what you are doing and how to make your own coils.

The difference? Its HUGE! I mean more than this : \o/

More like this \____0____/ << thats a lot!

But!!! (warnings follow!) you have to learn what you are doing, cuz you can short out or blow up your battery lol. Or Y-o-u (worst case scenario, but still...not good)

The MVP 2.0 can tell you the resistance of your rebuilt heads so you can tell if it will be safe. A rebuilt head should not be less than 2.0 ohms for a mini protank II (usually..someone might want to make a 1.8 ohm head, but that will get hot fast and also use lots of battery power).

PennyVaper.com

look here for deals from all over, and see that MVP 2.0? Ive had my eye on one myself lately. I got some simple starter stuff and while it works..and will for a while, I would not mind having a nice little Mod to play with.

Also (very important!!!) When in doubt ... ASK IN HERE lol. Folks will be happy to show what they know and help you understand stuff. Vaping can suck if you dont have much info. I lurked here for a long time and had no clue about what to do, and I LIKE technical things.

Vaping is overwhelming to say the least.

Wow!!! Thanks so much for all the responses and warm welcome! You guys are all great! I think I am going to order the Mini Protank 2, the spinner, a second charger, and some replacement coils to start. After that who knows! I can't wait to try a few different set-ups, but have to save up a but more first. Plus, I want to get some cutesy stuff like glass drip tips! :)
