Hi, I just received a Vamo V5, and am having some technical/maybe user issues. I followed instructions on how to switch modes, but this thing just won't cooperate! I can't even get it into the menu mode. Five seconds into pressing both small buttons, it shows "Set Lock". Even the screen is different than shown. Current watts are shown on top, with a battery icon, ohms and voltage down below. What on earth am I missing? I was looking so forward to getting this thing...Help please!

I have read so many threads, but none have this issue. Maybe it's best just to send it back, since I can't seem to find any help.
What version does it have?

Remove the Battery Cap
Press and Hold the Fire Button...keep it pressed
Reinstall the Battery Cap...till it shows the firmware version
Search and see if the menu's have changed for your firmware version
