I just began DIY and as anticipated my 100% Vg Liquid needs to be thinned.

While I was waiting for Everpure 190 Proof to arrive (Can't get it in California)
I used filtered water to thin my batch, than I used EverPure when it came in.

I really couldn't see a difference. I'd welcome some opinions from Veterans familiar
with 100% Vg e-liquid (although there is Pg in the flavor Base)

Are there reasons why Everpure is Better?

PGA will make flavors better, for sure. I am with AzPlumber however, and do not use alcohol. Dries me out too much, as well as other side effects. My general recipe equation is %flavor + %water = ~22%. So a 10% flavor would have 12% water, with the rest VG and nic. Some VG-nics are prethinned with water, so YMMV, but this is what I do, since most of my VG-nics are unthinned.
