I find myself constantly vaping too. Can you overdose on the nicotine?

You betcha... head spins, rapid heartbeat, jitters (shaking hands, nervousness), stomach pains (sharp like gas pains all over abdomen), nausea/vomiting (that's the worst one!), ......... Headache is generally more a sign of not enough nicotine, rather than too much. Since I know I'm vaping a lot less nicotine than I was smoking, I sometimes get a nagging headache, but if I really vape like crazy for a few mins, it generally goes away all by itself. My earliest sign of too much is the sharp stomach pains, feels like gas pains, the little knives poking you all over your abdominal area; if I don't quit vaping for a few mins and then switch to a lower level nic, it's followed pretty quick by nausea. My earliest sign of too little is the nagging headache. Not a monster headache like a migraine, just the aggravating kind that you try to ignore, but it keeps getting worse -- the kind that makes you irritable, so maybe that's why cigarette withdrawal has that irritability reputation. :D Chain vape for a few minutes, it goes away.

I've had to walk a very fine line between too much, which makes me sick, and not enough, which has all the usual complaints of cigarette withdrawal, so I've gotten very familiar very fast with all those symptoms above. I find that vaping a lower level than you were used to with cigarettes actually seems to work best, because you can always vape more if you feel the need; but once you've taken too much, you just have to endure until your body gets rid of it.

i started with 18mg and by the second day i was overnicked. i had already made the decision to quit analogs and ordered 9mg. It was the next lowest available from my vendor. as you might expect, i vaped alot more. as i got into building coils, the stock kanger coils are wound with 34ga. and soldered contact wires. i used 32ga. on my first builds and the vapor, throat hit and flavor improved. i suspect the nic transfer also increased. i progressed to using 30ga. wire and again everything was better. i am happy vaping 9mg. with 30ga. wire and feel i am getting 12mg. or better delivery. i am fairly sensitive to nic and just had this conclusion after sub-ohming with 28ga. this weekend. i used 0mg. juice after getting nicked on 9mg. for my final testing. read the thread in new members i started called: helios blows me away. my results are near the end of testing multiple builds.

this is the best thread i have read in the entire ecf to date. i think it is very important we discuss our experiences with vaping. i don't know why it isn't common knowledge that the more vape your setup creates. along with improved vtf, there is an increase in nicotine delivery. you are esentially and simply vaping more juice faster. increased rate of delivery. i am very close to determining my personal nic level and the only variable left is whether i subohm or not. at least i finally know to cut the nic level in half for subohm vaping and why.

thank you andria for your knowledge about nicotine and sharing with others. i have read many of your posts and know you are still relatively new to making the change to vaping. you are one vapor i don't have to worry will increase their dependance without knowing. for me, my first symptom of too much is a headache accompanied by jitters. when my level is low i have craving.
