Hi My Name is Adam and I have owned my first E-cig for 2 weeks. My wife also bought one at the same time as me. We got the 510's and a few juices and enjoy it so far. We ordered from juicycigs.co.uk and there service was very quick. They arrived the next day and we had already bought a load of analogue Cigs , So we finished them off and sort of tried cutting down with them for the next week till we finally gave up on thursday. But im still eating alot since giving up the analogues and im on a diet lol. I still get moody but im surviving so far.I have also killed off 2 attys already overheating from double puffing i think ooppps lol

Im shocked there is so many people on these forums wow
look forward to reading all your post

Welcome to the ECF. Have you increased the amount of fluids (especially water) you drink since you started vaping? vaping will dehydrate you rather quickly. Sometimes the body gets confused and thinks it needs food when in reality what it really needs is more fluids.

As far as the attys, make sure to keep them wet with juice when vaping. Vaping when your atty is dry or close to being dry will burn them out.

i Dont know why but ive stopped drinking water since i gave up analogues, must get back to my diet tommorow and drink water with it.I hope im not trying to do to much at once dieting and giving up analogue cigs.
Ive been eating loads since giving up analogues

Someone was saying that they started vaping the more desserty-type of flavors and found they craved fewer sweets. Hmmm.... there was a thread about vaping as a diet aide a while ago. Try some candy flavors (or savories if that's your pleasure) and see what happens.

I found I've been eating less, but I was smoking "lights" and I went with a 24mg liquid, so I'm getting more nicotine.

Nicotine is a stimulant and appetite suppressant. If you've changed the way you're getting nicotine and finding yourself hungry more often, chances are you're getting less nicotine. I'd suggest either suffering through it until your body adjusts, or getting juice with a higher nic level.
