We also found out today that we indirectly know people who make their own eliquid so we are going to go to theirs soon to check out how they do it and try some of their flavour concotions to see if he likes any!!!

Welcome Calamity. Good luck to you and your husband. If he's doing MTL (mouth to lung) like regular ciggies, he needs a fairly tight airflow. He definitely needs that air flow control mentioned earlier.

Instead of buying this airflow control, I went with a nautilus mini.

You should also check out the new Aspire Triton V2. It has a 1.8 ohm coil that is supposed the replicate MTL hits. Just a thought!!!

Yes.. I did the same.
In the UK, there's almost no difference in running costs (for the coils).
A coil that last 3 times as long but costs 20% more to buy is good value.
For me, BVCs work out cheaper.
