Hi Newsunshine,

I assume that Chinese Customs have not indicated when this instability with EMS will end? The Congress ended awhile ago and I can confirm that mail from Hong Kong is flowing again after being delayed and that my EMS order of a few weeks ago has finally arrived in New Zealand so give it another week and I will have it here!

A few stock questions:

- will you be stocking Ritchy Impulse disposables? (I see you stock Ritchy Liquid)
- how soon until the Boge disposables are restocked?
- will you be stocking the Innokin MVP?

I give the Boge disposables away to smokers interested in vaping so I do not count as a reseller. Will there be a bulk purchase discount for non-resellers?

You need to talk to EMS and find out the exact reason the packages are being held in China and then returned to you. This is a big problem for both you and your customers. This was not simply a "mistake" as you first claimed since the same package was returned twice for the same reason. You need to find out why they are doing that to your packages.

sorry. We won't stock Ritchy Impulse disposables in 2012. We may consider them in 2013 when we get have a bigger warehouse.
sorry. We discontinued Boge disposables because they sell very slow.
Yes. We expect to get Innokin MVP next week.

what happen if my order has one or two items that was marked "The product's volume weight is much more than its real weight, so it does NOT apply for DHL free shipping." will this cause the whole order to be sent via ems?

Here comes so strange paradox which is not polite to the whole customers.
Firstly, all we come with understanding about slow air mail due to such congress - ok, we understand but China air mail never was fast ?
Second, the congress was met and gone but the situation is the same even worst!
Third, we in Europe tried almost 20 days to make few orders. Every time we cant complete, cant go through first step in order (delivery method) never ever!
Few tickets, few answers - We are sorry, but cant understand our customers. At last couple of screenshots helped Helpdesk to understand. Did anyone looks what happens anytime on e-shop? Just curious...
Fourth, The answer of all tickets was Use DHL please. Ok, if it's only way...but small orders becomes inefficient. So group of int.vapers become in coop to make a couple big orders.
Again problem as fees for DHL are bigger as bigger and weightier are passels! The obvious exit is orders at minimum price and weight.
(So many frustrations for the customers, isn't it ?)
Fifth - But AGAIN we cant make orders to the finish "Complete order" button. Instead all we see big blue "Free shipping on orders over $249.99 USD" and alot of discounts for TGD.
Some of pals in coop starting to be nervous and accusatory!
Sixth: Started conversation with NewSunshine on skype. So far, so good, again few misunderstoods and some correct advises and at the end......

Finish line: All of us customers must make AT MINIMUM orders for 250$ to GAIN option for DHL delivery. And we have ADVANTAGE to not receive free slow air mail delivery but fast and not free DHL with depend price according weight.

So far we (around 10 vapers) will stop using HC because it's become obvious for the children - we are observe MOQ or MOP (minimum order price) for a lot of money.
IF IT'S so be honest and write this new rules on first page! Don't make stupid statements like "Free ship over 250$"

This is mine and few more guys 20cents .....

I stil don't understand why this is happening, you don't have anything which should stop it from being shipped out, no juice, bats or anything.
Also it seems to be a long time getting your money back, maybe a dispute with PayPal would get things moving with them.

A friend of mine asked this in the help desk today:

That's what I ordered. Two of those and some vivi heads, vivi bases, eternity coils and adapters. That's it. Don't bother wasting your time. You will just be frustrated as I am. I would not buy from HC again until they go back to registered airmail. Every registered airmail package they sent me I received in one to three weeks. Never a problem with registered airmail. EMS from China is a nightmare.

As a sidenote, I ordered something on ebay that shipped regular airmail from China. I received it in ten days after it was shipped. So much for regular airmail in China being slow right now.

Because regular airmail goes under MUCH less scrutiny than EMS. Regular airmail is almost never inspected by customs but EMS packages are regularly inspected by customs. EMS is riksy. Regular airmail has almost zero risk other than the package getting lost. If it is registered you can track it within Thailand.

Regular airmail its not tracked. Registered airmail is tracked. HC used to use registered airmail so it had tracking.
