No, but more than a liter. I dilute the nic with flavor shots and got about 3 liters out of it. I did order a Legacy and 480 mL of slm, just to be safe.

BUD cartos are much much much better than Boge.
They have pre-punched BUD cartos with lip for the PS tank here
