ok im here to ask whats next? i have a volcano inferno and so far so good. still looking for "my" juice i like a 60/40 vg/pg with 18 nic but that can change as im getting a scratchy throat and im thinking its from the high nic lvl? now for my question. what do i upgrade to next? i love the tank i can carrie it everywhere with me no issues but from what im reading is i want 10 watts for best flavor. so that what 5 volts w8th a 3ohm carto/atty? im kinda lost. i want more vapor more flavor with less of a th. any help is always welcome (as long as its help not a fan boy telling me why his brand is best)

You could try a Lavatube if you like your current vendor. Also go for more VG, because it is more likely that a throat issue is caused by PG than nicotine (though not impossible).

Most people need to try several different brands and types of e-liquid before they find something that really fits.

Different juices will have different "sweet spots" (watts) for optimum flavor. Some juices may even have a couple of sweet spots.
For the next step up, I'd suggest variable voltage (or variable wattage). There are a lot of VV devices out there. Depending on your budget, you can go with a VV Ego-type device up to the 'car payment' priced APVs.
Variable wattage devices may be nice if you switch atties/cartos/tanks with different resistances a lot; but I have yet to use one. VV is just as good as VW; you adjust the voltage to find the best 'setting' for your atty/carto/tank and juice. With VW, you adjust the wattage to get to the same setting.
