I just got the Yeahsmo clone from Gearb*st. It is a very well made clone. This is an initial review but I can't really fault the clone at all. The Nextgen definitely lives up to the hype. I totally back everything that Snow Blind said. It is like they took all the good points from the SAT22 and IN'AX and made it even better. It has very intense flavor and vapor. It makes more vapor than my dual coil set ups. It vapes very similar to the Sat22 but is actually better in terms of flavor. It has all the positive aspects of a kayfun type RTAs. I laid it on it side last night for the whole night and it didnt leak a drop. The AFC is nice and tight and won't move on its own. Super easy to fill it. No problems of it leaking or gurgling after filling it up. I am actually running a 10 wrap 26g setup and I have had no wicking issues at all. I really wanted to be able to lung inhale with this so I drilled it out by making each of the 1.4mm holes into 1.6mm and then connecting them....I still have no wicking issues. So the only way I see them improving this atty is if they make the AFC in a way so lung inhalers like me won't have to drill it out.

I set it up by first making a perfect 3mm coil using a jig....then made a wick that fit into it. I slid the wick/coil combo on the positive post. I first put the 26g wire into the groove of the post and then put the brass nut on to the positive post....and tightened it down. Next I attached the wire to the negative terminal. Easiest build ever. Hot spots can be easily taken care of with ceramic tweezers....just like the youtube video.. Within a minute all the coils will glow evenly.

Unless something happens to change my mind in the next few days....my initial impression is that this is an incredible atty. I am going to order a couple more and retire all my other atties.

EDO. Try taking a few lung inhales without the afc ring on! It's pretty crazy how good it is; however, it doesn't seal as well because the AFC ring helps hold on that top o-ring. That said VapeWareMods makes a dual AFC ring and single hole AFC ring... the dual AFC ring (allowing two, directly opposite sides of the atomizer) allows for nice lung inhales but i wonder if it would fit?

@snow blind....Haha....believe it or not before I drilled it out I did exactly that. Without the AFC ring, it had a very nice draw. But, like you said, the seal was a problem as well as it looked a little odd. I have to try the dual AFC ring. They should have made it a triple hole afc ring to begin with. That would have accommodated everyone. Except for the AFC being not accommodating for lung inhalers this is a hell of a well thought out atty.

I've had mine from FT for a few days now, cannot fault it, fit, finish, function, all exceptional. I would love to have the authentic, but jumping through hoops to give someone my cash just isn't worthwhile. I would agree the one FT seems to be selling is SXK, machining is quite nice on it.

Took me maybe 5 minutes to build it, works quite well, zero issues with hot legs, uneven coil heating, etc. I found it dead simple to build .28 gauge 1.1 ohm coil. Set this on its side overnight with a full tank to see if it would leak, not a drop found the next day.

This thing is working so ridiculously good with my bap DNA40. Using 400 mesh 5cm x 1.9cm 30g ni200. So damn easy to build on this thing for TC. I have the fasttech version (SXK). The yeahsmo one from the pictures on Geatbest seems to have a better 510 positive connection though. I preordered that one but it is yet to arrive. I'll chime in to compare which one to get based on my opinion.

I received an SXK a few days ago and I must say im impressed! I got away from gennies a couple years ago because of the wicking issues and LEAKING.... this thing is awesome, no leaking but, i'm having wicking issues. I used the mystery mesh that cam with it but at even 16 watts it can't keep up.... going to try some 400 mesh I have kickin around *somewhere* it's bin 2 years ;)

what are you guys using?

The manufacturers of Nextgen are recommending 200/400 mesh in mesh...here is the video:

I use 325 mesh 18mm x 60mm. My set up is 26g 10 wraps....1.2 ohms...I vape it at 20watts...it is a cloud machine and the wicking easily keeps up.

cool, I just found some 325 in my stash. cheers...

I'm having problems with my SXK clone. it seems that the positive insulator is not threaded into the body like the original but rather press fit. I'm starting to get jumping resistances because the juice is slowly starting to leak through between. I am wondering if the yeahsmo version is 1:1 and has the insulator thread into the body rather than being press fit. Also because of this the tank isn't getting the proper seal and I am starting to get wicking problems now.

may i be the first to say this......
I HATE this atty......

It works just fine, at a piddly 15~20 watts.
mild heat, mild vapor, mild flavour.

this thing went straight to the PIF bin, and am back on my Kraken & SteamTurbine.
At least those can keep up with a hot vape.......

Really?....Wow for me it produces more vapor at 20watts than my my karken at 35 watts. But I have it drilled out....basically I drilled it out to be equivalent to a 3mm airhole. But my kraken is also drilled out.... both air holes are drilled out to 2.8mm. In every way I find this atty superior to my other genesis atties.
