Take caution when ordering from some suppliers. This is what I found.

NAHLER

Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds accepted once payment has been completed. There is only a 14 day warranty on all warrantied parts from the time of order being placed. There is no warranty on atomizers. All warranty parts must be returned to NHaler before a new replacement will be shipped. If you experience faults with your product after the 14 day warranty has expired, please contact NHaler directly to assess the situation and discuss a reasonable solution.

TOTALLY WICKED USA
Guarantee

We normally offer a 28 day warranty on the our Electric Cigarette atomizing units. However on our Multi-Packs each atomizer works out at less than $8 Each . Therefore we offer no warranty on this item. The atomizers though are exactly the same as the single units we sell.
Many users of Electronic Cigarettes also purchase 'spare' Atomizers and batteries prior to completing their purchases at Checkout.
Totally Wicked USA

IKENVAPE- 14 day warranty on all atomizer. He does not wait for return of the defective atomizers but goes ahead and mails them to you.

Just be careful of those suppliers that do not offer warranties or return of products.

A majority does offer warranties on atomizers. These are the ones you need to be ordering from.

I think Totally Wicked has the longest warranty on atomizers. I know they are high but it may well be worth it with their warranty.

A company is only as good as the products they back (if they don't offer any warranty or returns they don't back their products)

I recently ordered a Tornado kit and they sent me 2 charging adapters and only 1 atomizer. I e-mailed them and they said they would send me another atty. well 2 weeks went by and my 1 atty was failing, (good thing I had back-ups) I ordered five attys and left a message in the comment section. 3 days and bingo 6 attys showed up.

Oh, I did have a Tornado battery melt down on day 31 so I guess I am SOL.

Wheres my Banner? Does the clock stop after my 1 year analog free anniversary???

Janty has a 6mo warranty on atties..
Nhaler will replace for DOA...and I've never had an issue with them...

on the flip side I will not EVER give TW one thin dime...

I think warranty should go hand in hand with customer service as well...and I'd do business with nhaler 1000 times over before ever getting anything from TW...

Hell I'd do business with SE before I ever would ever choose to buy from TW

If there are many companies that have warranties 90 days to 6 months then whey would a top company like NHALER not have any warranty at all especially on something that cost $11.00.

That's a good question. Especially for those that go through one atty per week (or less) at high voltage. I can get (10) genuine 510 attys from Heaven Gifts for $57 with China Air shipping and 6 month warranty. Even without my Bronze Level discount (I've bought $1000), the price is $67.

Don't get me wrong. I love buying Made In The USA, but attys and batts are built in China.

I've been using 510s for 3 months now and have only lost 1. I think quality control and low-volume purchasing (by small vendors) are the reason for the short warranty periods.

ETA: HG also ships out the replacement parts (with a new order) before they recieve the bad parts.

Do you know how much the shipping is. How much would it cost to send a product back to them. As far as I can see it would cost up to 24.95 to ship to China from the USA.That my be the reason they offer 6 month warranty.

1st Class shipping to China is about $3 for a small mailer

I know that vaporstation give a 6month warranty on atomisers and on their kits in general...i had to send one back and got one in the post before i sent it back thats how quick it was!...just a thought in case anyone is deciding on where to buy with regard to warranty.

never returned anything to heavengifts but bought from them and never had a problem with customer service(had to contact them once or twice)..

Because the vendors cannot guarantee the user will use it according to what it was intended for. There are several factors associated with atty life.

If I was a vendor, I would offer my customers the utmost in customer service, but attys would only be guaranteed to not be DOA. I may go as far as provided a test stamp with them , but that would be it. Almost 9 weeks vaping 5/6mls a day not dead atty. I don't need a warranty on them.

I gt two LR attys from Nhaler.com and one of them was already dead when it arrived and the other died after just 5 or 6 hours of use.

I am gonna try your Atty suggestions DMertz...

I don't have any experience wuth them, I'm waiting for my first order of 3 LR attys.

I would guess that if yours was DOA, you should contact them and they should stand behind the problem and get you another one.

I respect what said, yes, there are many variables, but on DOA, there's no reason not to exchange the product.

Now, as far as I know, LR attys shoulf be used 3.7V top, so using the normal batts or even the tornados (which go up to 3.1 V) those attys should last longer.

I have to clarify--i think vaping at 5 or 6v would void any atty warranty unless it is specifically for vaping at high-voltage

The two China suppliers I use for attys do not include a voltage disclaimer in their Guarantee Policy. However, I do not think it would be fair to send back the 510 atty I lost at 6v. Since the immediate future of vaping seems to be better 3.7v batts and LR attys, it will be interesting to see what kind of warranties suppliers provide for the new higher wattage LR attys. Just like light bulbs, their life span will definitely be reduced until a more durable coil is developed.

It may be odd that Nhaler doesn't warranty their attys as long as most shops, but you do have to give them this: They're honest and up-front about it, and they respond to complaints/issues. The response might be "Sorry, but our policy is clearly stated on the web site", but that's still better than TW's tendency to simply ignore complaints.
