Hello,

I wanted your opinion on what level nic I should get in my cartomizers.

I've been a pack a day Marlboro 100's smoker for over 20 years.

I ordered the VK (anticipating arrival) and want to hopefully put the analogs down for good.

Also, if you can suggest flavors that would be great and appreciated! (I'm thinking the closets thing to my brand I guess?)

Thanks!

24 mg is what I'm using (PAD Marlboro reds) for wake-up, after meals, etc. I switch to a 16-18 mg during the day, if I'm vaping at my desk (equivalent to chain smoking while playing on the computer).

I like NHaler's Marlboro (I could of sworn it was actually called something like that, but don't see it listed right now). V4L's Dunhall is more of a European taste, a strong tobacco hit. V4L's Cowboy Wow is what I'm using right now, not really a Marlboro taste but a fairly smooth one.

If it's a V4L VK kit, they throw in a couple of freebie cartos -- their coconut is actually really good (I was sure I'd only like tobacco flavored, but that coconut got me to looking at flavored liquid, have some on order from TV).

I was a pack a day of Pal Mal Red 100's, used to be USA Gold 100's. Neither ever gave me a nicotine rush though many that would bum off of me would, especially on the USA Gold's. That being said, I was just gifted some 24mg liquid last night and it's still making my head rush. At first I thought it was because I had been out for 2days with no nic at all, but it's still doing it. YMMV

It also depends on how you want to vape, frequency and possibly your technique as well. My friend I got the ejuice from quit using his ecig because he was chain vaping at work just because he could, where on cigs he couldn't. He quit because chain vaping the 24mg was giving him nicotine poisoning. So if you want to be able to just take a drag or two every once in a while when the craving hits then go for the high stuff. If you want to chain vape or such then stick with a lower dosage. Personally, I'm trying to work down my nicotine habit and I'm a chain vaporer.

Also I see people talking about taking puffs into the mouth an holding and then inhaling. I can't really do this and just inhale like I did on cigs. I always took drags on cigars and never could get the hang of just puffing them either. Not sure how much difference it makes, but it possibly could.

It sounds to me like you should start with 24mg juice.
But in case you find the 24mg too high you might want to be ready to cut it back.

The inexpensive solution is to have some PG and/or VG available to cut it back with.
But you will be diluting the flavor a little bit.

The more expensive but better solution is to have some 12mg of the same juice to cut it back with.
This will allow you to find the right level for you without diluting the flavor.

Of course, you would have to buy two bottles of a juice you MAY not like.
And that always sucks.

I was a PAD smoker 10+ years and have smoked for 20. I smoked marlboro lights for 10+yrs. I started vaping with 18mg, but being that was vaping so much I lowered the nic level to 12 mg. You might want to try 18-26mg to start. I think 36mg is insane and don't know how anyone does it. Not bashing, I just don't understand.
