So, I figured I'd post this here since NT is the juice of choice. I'm trying to do a mental timeline but from what I THINK it's about the time I got a reo. I honestly can't tell if it's my allergies that are making me feel tired but does anyone know if too much nic will do that as well? I know I'm going through more juice than usual with my reo, so just trying to figure out if I need to go from 12 to 6mg and if anyone knows if sluggish feeling might be a result of needing to step down on the nic. Any advice would be appreciated!

That could certainly be a sort of nicotine sickness. Most folks I know who vape 12mg who buy a Reo tend to cut their nic to 6 or lower as it does hit harder as a mech...Buy some near zero juice and cut your 12 a bit and see. :)

any clue on how to cut it or with what? :) Thank you!

Well, if you have lets say GCD in 12mg just buy a near zero bottle of GCD and mix it half and half and that would be close to 6mg.

Otherwise head to your pharmacy and buy a bottle of vegetable glycerin and mix with that. Unfortunately, it will mute your juice's flavor...

ahhh yes. See what I mean? I'm so exhausted I couldn't even think of that on my own. But, seems perfectly logical. For some I will try to do the near zero thing. Some of the fruity juices after steeping almost got 20 times sweeter to me so probably wouldn't hurt some of them to tone them down a bit.

I'm thinking also the water intake. I drank down like a gallon of water. Well, not really like 3 glasses and I immediately felt better. Not like I was ready to run a marathon or anything but better. I'm prob just gonna make a doc appointment. We've been getting some rain in Tx the past few days and when that happens it stirs up EVERYTHING that I'm possibly allergic to in the air. I'm leaning more towards allergies and that time of the season and not enough water than anything. Although, it probably is a good idea to look into stepping down on nic since I'm vaping twice as much now with the reo. Probably a combination of everything but thank you guys for the input. I found another thread that someone was having the same symptoms as me ie sluggish and lowering their nic level helped. I'm probably going to try a bit of everything to see what helps.

I've been suffering the same thing, the fatigue, constantly tired and lack of energy. It very well could be not enough water, and I know it's important, especially when vaping. Gotta remember to hydrate! But, we've been getting a lot of rain here in Texas, and like kinggirl, I get nailed with all kinds of allergies. I don't think it's got anything to do with nic. I've already cut my nic level 50%, and going down more. I'm at 12 now, but I'm gong to start dropping down to 9 or even 6 and see if that does help. Be interested to see if anyone else is having the same problems, and maybe we can all come up with some causes and solutions.

Kinggirl, how long have you been off the coffin nails? Our bodies all go through some pretty drastic adjustments purging all the other crap out of our bodies after we quit.

I did all of that in one night...scary terrible DTs all night...I just kept thinking, "What the hell are in these things!!!"

Take it easy if you can, drink your water, see a Dr too if you feel you should....I feel completely wiped out when my allergies flare, immune system working in overdrive fighting off perceived threats wears me out just like being sick(luckily my allergies decreased dramatically since started vaping) good luck to you and hope you're feeling better soon!

I am drinking lots more water since I started vaping. The only side effect I have after 1 month of vaping is dry mouth and thirst.

Seriously?! I never thought about experiencing DTs from stopping smoking. That sounds terrible!

Yeah, it was bad. Cold sweats, terrible tremors, fast pounding heart rate, hyperventilating the works....My doc gave me hell when I called her the next day, she told me to go to the hospital if I ever experience that again. But since I will not be smoking again I'm good. :thumb:

My boss however went through the same thing but had a smoke instead and suddenly she was fine. We both smoked American Spirits...well she still does, vaping never hit for her though I'd say she never vaped like she smoked. She would go outside and take a teeny tiny puff then head back inside. It was like she never made the mental transition from analogs to vaping.

I def feel sluggish with no energy when I over nic. While I can't say for sure "yes that's your problem" in my experience it's possible. I too recently experienced this due to a new reo. Instead of cutting it I have a bottle of 0 nic ill vape when I feel that way. Let's me puff without getting worse. To bad 0 nic has 0 TH.

Kinggirl, how long have you been off the coffin nails? Our bodies all go through some pretty drastic adjustments purging all the other crap out of our bodies after we quit.

Not that long ago was my full quit. I had tapered off about 2 months ago where I was smoking very little still. Like in the beginning went from a pack a day to maybe a half. When I discovered NT juice about 2 months ago, I dropped down to maybe 5 a day. Then slowly tapered off to 1-2 a day. Probably a month ago or less was the full quit? Whenever I got my reo. I did get drunk one night a couple of weeks ago and lit one not thinking and then stomped it out. Tasted like total ...... So maybe it's just flushing out of my system?

I have to imagine it's all of the above. Allergies, quitting analogs, too much nic, new reo, Texas heat funk. All I know is 4:30 rolls around at work and I call it "nap thirty." Thankfully I own my own business so I can do whatever I want - but I kinda feel bad leaving my employees every day to go home and rest although I'd never tell them that. Last one in, first one out! lol.
