Drip for drip, wouldn't give you the mix your looking for. Just mix it in a clean container of anykind, I would say.. When I go drip for drip, I get one hit of one thing, and a hit of the other. But thats in carto's. Don't know about atty's for drip 4 drip. (I would personally mix it all up).

Edit: SO ya your using carto's, dont do drip for drip, wont work.

uhhh..really huh? I suppose you were a better person than the rest of us lowly nicotine addicts.
Lol, if you wanna take that kind of attitude towards it, by all means... I've only been smoking 6 years, everytime I've quit smoking cigs, I had no withdrawl symptoms, was not irratible. The only thing that kept me going back was the fact that
1. In the resturaunt industry, breaks don't happen unless your going out for a smoke, so probally 80% of the staff I've worked with over the years smoke
2. most of my friends smoke, and when out drinking, I wanted to be able to go out and smoke with em instead of sitting in the bar alone.
and 3. Don't be a douche bag and assume that you know why I smoke, or imply that I somewhere said I was better than you

Ok I have something to mix it in, but how would I get it in the carto now? I was thinking of getting a syringe, but I don't know how legit it is to go to a drugstore and ask for a syringe (especially for a young guy in college). Any other options?

Most of the bottles we get eliquid in have dropper caps that pop off fairly easily. If you have used up even a couple ml off the too-high-nic bottle, push sideways on the dropper tip and it should pop off (even simpler, truthfully, is loosen the screw top and, after the top has cleared the last thread, just push sideways and the dropper should pop off, be sitting in the cap).

If you cannot pour from the glycerin bottle into the partially used up eliquid bottle, get an oral syringe -- they are very common, used to provide meds to babies, ask for one at the pharmacy desk and they shouldn't be too surprised. Just tell them you are looking for a small oral syringe. Pull some VG up in it, squeeze it into the bottle, then recap the bottle, shake and vape.

Try a canadian version of a dollar store, look for a tiny bottle of food coloring, empty, rinse, and you will now have a spare mixing bottle :)

Great! Thanks for the help everybody!

I was a pack and a half a day and I'm using some "store bought" cartos that say "1.8% nicotine by volume" on it...I'm catching a nic buzz after only two drags..and 5 drags is too much. Each carto is supposed to equal a pack of analogs but because I'm only hitting it infrequently, (all day long lol), these cartos are lasting into a third day...and so has the battery in this "cheap" e cig. Frankly, I'm amazed.

You're at the rare end of the spectrum, be grateful :). 1.8% is 18 mg/ml, which is typically the eliquid strength a Lights smoker would use. A typical prefilled carto lasts maybe the equivalent of 8 - 10 cigs' worth of vaping time.

Wow! Holy Cow I am lucky. I'm getting days worth of smoking... of course I'm trying to quit plus the amount of nicotine I get out of 2 or three good puffs makes me light headed..It's more than the full analog would be..imo

They are all 18mg. I'm In Canada, dont know I if I can pick up some PG/VG or Glycerin at the drugstore. I need to knock it down to probally around 10mg, the throat hit is a little too much

I've found VG in several drug stores right on the shelves (usually labelled "Glycerine USP" -- make sure it is USP grade, and don't buy it if it doesn't say USP). It's often used for treatment of dry, cracked feet. I don't know where in Canada you are, but I've found them at Pharma Plus, Great Canadian Superstore in the pharmacy section, and Shopper's Drug Mart. I usually found it in a 100ml bottle where they stocked topical treatments like iodine and calamine lotion. The Superstore had it the cheapest. You can get PG at mixing pharmacies (where they mix their own topical or liquid oral medicines), but you have to ask at the prescription counter for it. They may ask what you want it for. Just say you or your wife/girlfriend/mother is making soap.

I filled a carto this monring with some 24mg Caramel Tabacco and I actually like the idea that I only need 4-5 toots before I feel satisfied. And they are pretty short ones at that.

Before, I had juice ranging from 6mg - 18mg and I could vape those all day (including a 12mg caramel tabacco). I would find myself chain vaping, reaching for my PV every 5 minutes and taking long pulls usually until the indicator light on my eGo would blink.

My problem is, I love to vape so even with 24 I vape constantly. I had to cut down to about 18 so I wouldn't get the buzz and headache after awhile.

Nope, I mixed a little in a shot glass, all my drip bottles are pretty much full and I wanted to test it out before mixing a whole bottle

I bought some juice in 30ml glass bottles that have eye-droppers in them. They are great for dripping and mixing. Love the droppers. Not sure where to buy empty ones.

I ended up just pouring some glycerin in the bottle of ejuice after taking the dripper off it, and it worked find. The viscosity of the glycerin makes it just fall down the hole, dident spill a drop. I emptied the bottle to about 3/4 full and filled it from there and it's quite a bit better. I'm taking about 10 drags now before I feel satisfied.

And this is what I'm afraid of... not knowing that fine line. Pefect example is the 24mg caramel tabaco that I'm loving... the TH is so grand that I can only take 5-7 short pulls at a time. I also have some 18mg RY4 that pretty much behaves the same way. These two are by far my current favorite vapes. I noticed that I started to develop a sore throat while vaping them and of course I attributed it to the nic in the juice. It's probably nothing to do with the vape though as my GF had a cold and I think I've caught now.

:thumb: Sorry I couldn't follow up but morgy did a fine job. I would have diluted the Glycerin with about 20% distilled (or bottled) water first, then mix but if it's working. hey lol.... As you may have noticed the viscosity of the Glycerin is thick - the 80:20 dilution brings it closer to the viscosity of PG.

Remember that you are addressing an entire forum of smokers here. We already know why you started smoking and why you want to switch to ecigs. You started smoking because you wanted to fit in with your friends, which appears to still be a concern to you. You want to switch to ecigs because you realize you are a nicotine addict and ecigs will still provide you with nicotine.

Everything after but is baloney.

Bummer about the cold. I just got over a bad one. Couldn't inhale anything for awhile. Fortunately 24mg seems to work for me without inhaling.

LOL... it was my first 24mg purchase as I try to find what works for me. I think I'll be ordering 18mg consistantly now. However, in my sickness... I opened a bottle of 18mg juice that came earlier in the week.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm... Cheese Cake! I'm a happy camper again... still sick but happy.
