Nicoticket closing to new customers?

Thanks for the offers to vouch Shatner and Megan, it's very much appreciated!

I must also admit that the limited interactions I've had with the people of Nicoticket so far have been nothing short of excellent! They seem like a really super group of people.

Sucks to hear about this. This is another vendor that I've heard a lot about but I haven't gotten around to placing a order yet. I do understand the situation though and 1 person can only mix so much juice a day. Is anyone willing to send a referral my way.

Barton, you don't need to go the referral route yet. This closing to new customers hasn't happened yet, it's just speculation for the future. So why not head over to nicoticket now, create an account, and sign up for the mailing list so you'll be in the know. Then just place an order as soon as you can after the store opens back up again to the public (next Monday).

It doesn't take long to realize that there is no customer service at NT , what comes along with being a customer of Nicoticket is "personalized" service . Clark has this crazy concept , "be honest with your customers" that's why he sends out the info in his news letters , he wants everyone to know he is getting swamped and wants his customers to have ample time to either get the order in or prep for the wait time and some other cool shizz he throws in there. I know , who woulda thought being up front and honest with your customers would be a good idea? Pffffft! That crazy Clark , real nut job that guy but makes a damn good vape! So good call on the NT order , stop by the family page , there are more nuts over there but they are the best nuts in the "Dish"! :thumbs:

I agree with everything cobe72 said above. I've been vaping for over two years now and I've fallen for the hype of a few popular vendors on ECF. Nicoticket is the first one that's been totally upfront about where my order is in the processing line. I look forward to Clark's nightly updates. It's easier to be patient when I know how many orders are ahead of mine. What a concept-openess and honesty-so glad I found Nicoticket!

They are awesome! Not many vendors out there that provide the level of customer service that they do. Second to none in my opinion.

I just found this vendor and had 2 items in my cart when he closed the doors......I hope that he is able to catch up and accept new customers because I really want that creme brulle and apricot vape everyone has been talking about:vapor:...maybe I will be lucky and get in next monday :) When the time comes a referal would be nice if needed.


I will be happy to vouch for you sweetheart if it comes to that. :) Go ahead and open account and get on the newsletter when he opens Monday. ;)

I am pleased to say that even though I had just signed up for the newsletter and was unable to place my order(as they closed the same day) they have been wonderful about updating. I can wait till they open the doors and will just order larger bottles. It does not bother me to "stalk" a site to place an order for a wonderful hand mixed juice that is high quality. After all my favorite juices so far have come from sites that open until they have enough orders and close to avoid long wait times. I would rather buy from companies that do it this way than have 3 week(or more) waits before shipping. Great juices+great customer service+good prices will always be my choice of vendors

I did this last week some time and ordered when I signed up and am happy to say my juice is in the mail as I type, very fast service, ill post when the juice arrives...
