Nicoticket Customer Service! A++

Just thought I would post my personal experience with Nicoticket. I had a recent health issue and emailed Nicoticket about getting a lowered nic juice. The owner emailed me back within hours and explained he was happy to do a custom order for 50 ml or more. I had asked about zero nic and he honestly explained since nicotine is around where he mixes he could not assure zero nic but if I asked in the notes he would get as close to zero as possible. I thought this was a sincerely honest and responsible answer! Creme brulee and CLS are 2 of my ADV's so I was really happy to know I could reduce down from the 6mg I am currently vaping at. Tonight I saw his Frenilla was available so I placed an order at 9:30. My order was fulfilled and was done and ready to go at 11:00. Now I know it wont ship until tomorrow and I am sure this is not normal but for a custom order anything within a week is for me amazing.
Thank you Nicoticket I for one am a customer for life.

^^This and great juice as well, is why I'm a loyal customer of Nicoticket. I know a lot of other places have great CS also, but when I need to reach out to Clark. I feel like I'm his only customer at the time and never feel like he is just telling me what I want to hear.

I have had many good customer service experiences since I have started vaping more so than in my "other" life and I try and post here to talk about them. But I really feel that with Nicoticket the level has been so good and so personal I have to go out of my way to point it out. Combine that with the fact that their product is exceptional puts them in a particularly lofty place in my book.

Of course they hail from my home state so that's a big plus in my book.

I need to make another order end of the week.

Have tried CLS and CB, what should I try next?

I just can't make up my mind!

Grandma's Cinnamon Danish is, literally, the pastry in LIQUID form!!
IMHO, Clark has worked some real MAGIC in creating this particular juice....ALL NT juice is superb....but GCD is a "Grand Slam"!!
Whatever you choose.....you KNOW it's gonna SHINE!!!

On my last order I left a comment that I was bummed I missed Frenilla when it was available. I wasn't planning on ordering any juice until the new year, but when I found out Frenilla was back I jumped and ordered 100ml last night. Just like samcm010, it was after 9pm and I had shipment confirm around 11p. That's a long work day. Clark also took the time to send me a message acknowledging I finally got my wish for precious Frenilla. A big thumbs up for Nicoticket Customer Service! Thank you!

There aren't any other vendors that I would order this quantity of liquid from without having tried a sample first. Some things you just know are going to be awesome. I'm going to break out the Frenilla for tasting on New Year's Eve. Then again, maybe Santa will want a little taste too!

Follow up.. got my custom creme brulee and frenilla at 3mg nic. Letting the CB steep as I have some 6mg I am going to finish. The Frenilla is AMAZING!!! Frankly I hardly notice the switch from 6mg to 3mg. Thank you Nicoticket with H1N1, Creme Brulee, CLS and Frenilla being in 4 of my 7 tanks I guess Nicoticket is my ADV company!

Do you think he would do a 24mg custom order for 50ml too? I've been wanting to try them but the 18mg max strength has been holding me back. I quit smoking about 2 1/2 months ago and not sure if Im ready for 18mg yet.

this is good news too

I vape mostly 12 mg
and had tried 6 mg but its a struggle

If he would do 9 mg that would be amazing
I will email him after I go through what I have

New Nicoticket customer here as well. Ive made two orders so far in the past two weeks. Ridiculously fast shipping, and some of the nicest people Ive had the pleasure to do business with! And I havent had a juice from them I didn't like yet!

I tried CLS and CB and they just weren't my thing.

But the CS is so phenomenal someone suggested on another thread that I try Gravity and Betelgeuse(sp) so I ordered them a few minutes ago.

I really need a good fruity vape so I am crossing my fingers that these are them.

Love using Nicoticket because I love the fact that I am supporting a fellow Nebraskan, someone that provides fantastic CS and just genuinely seems to care about his customers.

What more can you ask for?

I have been considering ordering some juice from them and this thread makes me want to even more. Anyone have any suggestions on a ''must have'' from them? I like sweet flavors and fruity flavors as well. I only have about $20 to spend though. Oh also, do all of their juices need to steep as well or are there any that are good right out of the package? By the time I get my order (if I do place one) i won't have time to let it steep really. Thanks guys!

So I emailed Nicoticket and they said they would do 24mg in a 50ml size! I put in my first order for CLS a few minutes after that. All I needed to do was just add comments while checking out. Now I finally get to try it instead of grumbling while everyone on the forum raves about it!
