Hey Everybody

I'm currently a camel lights smoker
I smoke 2 cigs on the way to work
1 cig midday
then 2 on the way home
and on the weekend i'll basically chain smoke if i'm drinking...

what nicotine level should i order...

Also,
does everybody vape their tobacco brand flavor...or do you lean over into the other flavors? I was going to order the tobacco flavor to replace the smoking sensation as much as possible, but i was just wondering if most people stick to tobacco or if they change it up...

First off i was a marlboro light smoker and had a similar pattern. I use a mix of 18mg and 24mg nic levels and i have had the marlboro but i prefer the red bull and dr pepper flavor from heaven gifts the marlboro was good but i love the varity of having different tastes. I got 10 pack sampler from besteciggy.com for $10 and got to choose my flavors... and it seems to vary for everyone.

i was a near pack a day smoker of Marlboro Ultra Lights 100's and I am currently using 24mg nic juice.

Keep in mind that the light and ultra light designation on cigarettes doesn't necessarily affect the nicotine level in those cigarettes.

I would guess high on your nicotine, as it is pretty easy to cut it down if needed without ordering from a website. I am going to cut the 24mg I have, cause I think it is too much for me, but I know that 18mg was not enough...

I haven't tried the Marlboro version of juice yet, but it should be here tomorrow.

6-8mg juice will match the nicotine levels in your cigarettes, but nicotine in cigarettes is part of a cocktail of drugs and nicotine alone will not likely satisfy your cravings.

Either summon some willpower to deal with the withdrawl or go for stronger juice in an attempt to compensate. I would say buy some samples of various strengths up to 18mg max. Beware that using higher nic liquid is just increasing your dependence and your tolerance so there is no real gain in doing so but more risk of overdose.

Determining what nic level is right for you is another one of those trial and error things. I ran a poll a few months back asking what nic level users found kept them off of cigarettes. While certainly un-scientific the results were still interesting.

Of the 247 respondents the median was pretty equally split between 24mg and 18mg.

Many vapers leave behind analogs using 8mg and lower with little difficulty. Many require much higher levels and find themselves still wanting.

It will cost a small bit more at the outset, but one route you could try would be to get a few sampler bottles of liquid at various nic levels. Shop around, many of the vendors on this forum have sampler packs of small bottles that can be tailored by order.

All we know is our own experiences. I smoked two packs a day and now I use 18 and 24mg level. Seems to do the trick.

510 and 36 mg for me.... One week and ZERO analogs! But I was really determined to not smoke anymore.

I think it depends on what you are trying to accomplish.. For me it no more analogs - so I stuck with the higher nicotine level and had to deal with a few headaches and a sore throat...

I was a pack+ a day smoker. First 3 months I was chain vaping 24mg. I tried 36mg, and I was actually able to put my chuck down here and there. I now vape 45mg, and I can put it down for 30 minutes no problem, or I can vape like I used to smoke, and be good for an hour or so. Vaping 45mg straight is not recommended, but it works for me.

Finding the right combo is definetly a challenge the sample pack is the way to go. Heavens gift is a chineese company so when you order there be aware that it will take a min of 7-10 days to get your product. I order things directly from China but also use vendors here in the USA if I need something fast.

Its pretty common when you first start out to try to get flavors as close to what we use to smoked. I started with Marlbro,it was ok but nothing like what I use to smoke. After a while I wanted to get away from tob and try some flavors and really like a lot of them. I still smoke tob flavors it just depends what mood I'm in or what im doing. I wouldnt smoke a cherry flav while drinking a beer.

I was a 2-pack / day full flavor 100mm analog smoker for years. Steve (Vapor 4 Life) called when he received my order for the kit, asked what I smoked, decided to send me 24mg and 36mg cartomizers and liquids. Like 'em both. The 36 seems a bit much. I just ordered some new carts in Green Apple flavor, at 18 mg. I'll stick with the 18-24mg for awhile. They're totally satisfying.

I've had no withdrawal symptoms. No headaches. No nothing but sheer pleasure from vaping!
