No, it won't kill you by being near the bottle LOL Lots of people buy the 100mg to DIY. I bought the 60mg to diy, and very carefully, in the sink, poured it into smaller bottles to put in the freezer. However, vaping it??? Very dangerous....stupid, and yes - nicotine poisoning pretty much inevitable imo.

Here is Something that Helped me when Quitting.
When that Urge would Hit, I would Remind Myself that if I Went Out, that I would have to Start All Over Again. That if I could Just Hang On for Today, that I could Make It.
And if it got Bad, Really Bad. I would tell Myself, OK, you can Go Out. You can Throw it All Away. Just do it Tomorrow. Smoke an Entire Cartoon if you want. Tomorrow.
Funny Thing was, I never felt that way the Next Day. It somehow did seem So Important.
You Can Make it. But you have to be Tough Sometimes.
Everyday it will get Easier.

3b. Having answered NO to part 2, I knew I needed higher level of NIC.
4. Upped my NIC to 34. Now seriously no more craving.
You should up your NIC lvl IMHO

I'd consider that an exaggeration, but you don't want a snoot-full of the stuff. The oft-quoted 50 mg lethal dose goes back to a very poorly done experiment done in the nineteenth or very early twentieth century. It's been quoted as gospel since. In reality, the lethal dose of nicotine is probably a fair bit higher... but still low enough to require extreme caution.
Do you occasionally listen to "Some Day the Sun Won't Shine for You" with the balance hard right or hard left for the different Anderson/Abrahams vocal tracks?
And, yes, side two of Minstrel is brilliant.
I started listening around '77 with Benefit being my favorite pre-Aqualung release. The aborted Château d'Hérouville material that was lost, found, and appeared in whole on Nightcap (and found their way, in part, onto A Passion Play) are a bit rough, but brilliant. Also, interesting that 'Lick Your Fingers Clean' appeared on Warchild (As 'Two Fingers'), but was recorded during the Aqualung sessions and couldn't be fit onto Aqualung, and really feels much more like an Aqualung composition in both sound and theme. If it had been my decision, I would have left 'Up To Me' off of Aqualung and included 'Lick Your Fingers Clean'.
There's a guy on this forum (haven't seen him in awhile and can't remember his name) who did sound for Tull way back in the early days. He said Ian was a "keep to himself" perfectionist.

Oh man, the other day I had to fix some windows for this lady that was so terrible in email and texts. Very condescending for no reason. I wanted to smoke sooooo bad. I got there and she was the nicest person in the world. Finished the job, vaped with my co-worker (who then offered me a smoke that I didn't take). It is so hard some times man. But if you commit, and have a higher mg available to drown that out, you will never need a cigarette ever again. If that's what you want. BE PREPARED!
If you know what you're doing, go for it. If you don't know, do not touch it until you do your research. Nicotine is very easily absorbed through the skin. The smallest amount can make you very sick. Highly advised that you wear gloves when dealing with it, and have very steady hands. Or just buy some great stuff people are making. Like Halo...

I've decided that I will have one tank with the higher nic in it, always for those rough times. I am determined that I will not cave.
I've got some 24 laying around just in case... I'll probably work my way down after my trip to Singapore to 12. Ain't gonna try during the trip...
