I am on day 3 of vaping only. Have only had one analog in those 3 days. Which for me is a miracle! Honestly, it didn't taste so great so I'm pretty confident in giving them up for good. Finally! The cravings are still there of course but getting better and easier to deal with. I have found my cravings are at their worst in the evening. I'm wondering how long it took for your cravings to go away if at all.

I'm 3 months into having quit smoking. I do get a craving here and there, but its usually when I am at the computer and playing a game, like an FPS or even a strat game....other than that I haven't had any cravings that I have noticed...

Being around smokers at work, I find I still like the smell of a burning cig, but no desire to have one.

Oh, congrats on day 3! It does get easier, honestly! If you do have a smoke once in a great while, don't take it as failing. You'll quit at your own pace, not someone elses.

Welcome mycrimsondemise to the ECF,
Congrats on day 3,
your time, your schedule....some of us, stopped with the analogs on vape day one, some of us get off the "vape ride' for an analog, but get right back on. Everyone's mileage is different. The big thing is to get back on the ride. Even after 45 days, my "big squeeze" is in the AM, but a 24 mg vape puts the "monkey" in the back seat. It does get easier....

been vaping exclusively for about a month now - started out about 7 weeks ago, just using the ecigs in the car (big road trip).. gradually replaced the analogs with the ecigs..

i had a tough weekend after about a week of vaping.. i really *really* wanted a "real" cig.. bought a pack & tried one & really hated it.. a few days later, I had another.. hated it.. after a month of ecigs, I still want something occasionally, but cant quite put my finger on what "it" is..

i bought an njoy king to enjoy with my coffee in the morning - just 4-5 puffs a day.. seems to quell that undefined need.. fwiw, you can get an njoy for $2.99 at their website.. but if you're on the edge of relapsing, it might be worth paying retail to get through a tough time..

good luck!
