Nicotine info needed

Quick question.
My nicotine has been in the freezer for a while and thick. I'm assuming it needs stirred. How well do I stir. Last time I didn't stir nic and my mix came out extra nic strong. Or do I just mix and go.

Let it warm up to room temp before using. Shake Well.

You shouldn't need to stir it and doing so will introduce air into it. Which will cause it oxidize and degrade over time.
