I don't know. Anybody?

I still have all sorts of issues with flavor - my taste buds are on a roller coaster. However today I revisited a juice I found completely flavorless a week ago when it arrived - House Blend from Copper Creek - and it now has an intricate and quite amazing flavor. Steeping or my taste buds? Who knows....

I would say steeping for sure. Most of the flavors I have have to be steeped for at least a month (especially Vanilla flavors) before they get ripe. I don't think it really does anything to the nic, or at least I have never heard that. Whatever nic is in it is in it.

When I first get my bottles, I shake them like it was my job for about 30 seconds each. Then I take all the tops off of them and sometimes even the dripper tops and put them in a cool dark place for about 3 days. I put the tops back on and shake them daily. Then I leave them there for at least a week (usually because I can't wait) and try them. If it's something I usually vape and it's still not right i leave them in there for another week or so.

You really have no way of knowing when your juice was made unless it has a born on date on it. Plus most vendors make to order their juice...so you can guarantee its UN-steaped.

I order juice from Kick Bass and Pink spot that is so much better after a month it is VERY noticeable. So buy some juice and put it up, it's certainly not going to make it worse.

will steeping cure the purfumey taste or is that due to ingredients and will stick forever?

I sure hope it does, I have about 10 bottles sitting on a shelf with the caps off and they've been there for a week. They just got shaken up yesterday and now I'm thinking about the hot water bath deal. That perfume taste sure is a turn off.

You could try diluting your flavors by adding more PG or VG. If you are a DIYer, keep some unflavored PG/VG/Nic mix in your nic preference on hand so you are not also diluting the nic. This mixture will fix lots of 'oops' when you are DIYing and can sometimes immensely improve bought juice.

As always, play with a 5 ml bottle first in case you don't like the outcome. A 5 ml size will also make up scaling your perfected juice to larger quantities easier.

I was wondering if this is normal. Is this the result of "steeping".Both bottles have the same key lime freeze. On the left, in the small bottle, is what I got three weeks ago, and in the large one what I got just yesterday. The difference in color is striking, and I'm pretty sure the darker one was not that dark when I first got it. Is it normal to change color that much?!
