For the last couple of years I've been using 16mg eliquid then a few months ago I cut it back to 8mg then about 9 days ago I cut back to 4 mg liquid . I found going from 16 to 8 took some working at but the step down from 8 to 4 has been a breeze , a bit nervous for the first 2 days but since then it's been plain sailing . I vape about 20 ml a day on a sub ohm setup. Gonna give it a couple of months then try going to 2mg . If I cant manage 2 then I'll stick at 4mg . I'm partly mixing my own juice and a 10 ml bottle is costing me about 36p so this is working out to be very cheap indeed. Have a nice day and vape on.

I started at 18-24MG with Cig-A-Likes and when I got my first MOD reduced right to 6MG with some higher octane around to spike tanks. Within a month was at the 3MG I have been at for 3 years. Toyed with going lower and was vaping 1.5MG for a while until I started using some Zero and said to myself it was lacking and gave up that pursuit.

I'm not going to reduce any further been on the 2 mg for a day now and it's going well. I have no intention of quitting vaping and am hoping to find the 2mg as satisfying as when I was using 16mg when I get used to it , I'll know where I stand in a couple of weeks. I can always go back to 4mg if this doesn't work out.

No killer sticks for me ever again the best thing I've ever done was switch to vaping. Such good devices out there these days too. Will be buying another mod in the near future thinking the captain PD270 . Still on the 2mg and nearly completed 2 days. Feeling a bit edgy but not enough to force me back up to 4mg.

18 to 3 is amazing. I first went from 16 to 8 which I found quite difficult for a few weeks then it settled down then 8 to 4 which was surprisingly easy and now down to 2 for the last 3 days. I thought I was going to fail yesterday but today I'm feeling pretty good. Got to mix some liquid up later today and it'll probably be the 2mg.

I make my own liquid and began wondering about how much I was using. I stayed with a tobacco flavor so I don't have to worry about strange flavor combinations in the coils and wicking. Lately I began mixing other flavors in with the tobacco to keep it interesting. Well even when I smoked a pipe I was always trying to cut down.

We'll I decided to go back upto the 4 mg. My main reason for doing this is the 2mg just didn't have enough throat hit. I'll probably try again in a couple of months but maybe add some menthol crystals to the mix to give a bit more punch. I still regard being on 4mg as a win and am really enjoying it. Started on the 4mg two weeks ago today and will not be going up anymore.

I had thought of going to zero mg but ended up thinking why should I. I did find adding a little cinnamon to the tobacco can seem to add something to the tobacco depending on the particular tobacco your using. Turkish tobacco is my strongest flavor.
I changed my settings, lowered the temp and increased the preheat so I don't have to drawn in as much air to get some flavor.

I went zero for a while, maybe a few weeks. It was a "what's the point" of this thought after that. I then mixed up some 3mg/ml to vape. Nicotine isn't really the problem, I can go without it for quite a while (hours and hours) without vaping. It's in tomatoes and lots of things we eat. Why go to zero?

I started vaping to quit smoking, there is no need to rush to get to zero. I don't even think you have to get to zero, ever. Just do what feels right and you'll be fine.

I bought some 100mg/ml nicotine base over a year ago, I'm not even half way through it. I think it cost 35.00 USD. Who cares about that expense?
