I started off feeling that my goal should be 0 nic. It's a nice goal but I am now no longer compelled to reach that goal. If I make it great if not that's fine too. I had a few people in my life saying that you are just switching one addiction for another. Well define addiction and all of that that goes into that psychology mess...but this is healthier for me so I don't really care if it's an addiction.

I started at 32mg/ml I'm now at 18 mg/ml. I have some 24mg/ml in my arsenal that I mix with 18mg/ml liquid. It doesn't have to be a 32, 24, 18, 12 type drop you can easily mix this stuff half and half to get a median/average of the two. I've found that when it's time for me to drop I start buying lower nic but I still mix it say half and half with the higher concentration I got laying around. Eventually I just buy the x amount nic and move on.

I haven't personally been pushing this on any time frame...but when I feel I'm ready to move down a notch I start buying that and then mix half and half until I'm ready to fully move to lower concentration level. I think I may vape more ml per day during this process but it eventually evens out and I'm back to my normal ml per day. So same ml per day eventually but at lower nic level. I just do this gradually.

Again I'm not advocating your goal should be 0 nic...that was my goal originally but really see no point in that now after all the research I have done. I'd like to get down to around 4mg/ml of nic at some point as a personal goal. However you want to define addiction I don't really care...I just would like to see myself down to that level in the next year or so.

I've also been noticing that my body doesn't handle my current 12mg level all that well anymore, either. I started at 24, and tried to drop after the 1st month to 12, but that set me back to smoking a couple now and then. After 2-3 months of other issues I had to deal with, I started vaping exclusively again and using 18mg. I think that was in Sept.

In November I dropped down to 12mg, and since December when I got my iTaste VV I'm noticing that my 12mg is making me very jittery (no head rushes or headaches, just a jittery and unsettled feeling). I think my next juice purchases will be 6mg, and I'll mix that with my remaining 12mg.

Some of the health issues I've been dealing with over the last 6 months have really thrown me for a loop, and I'm not supposed to have ANY stimulants at all. Doc understands that if I need it to function I can have a cup of coffee, but NO caffeine after 1pm. I think the nic is also affecting me so dropping down can only be good. As it stands, I can barely handle 8 oz of coffee anymore, and my 2-3 cans of Diet Cokes a day habit has dropped down to 1.

I never had a goal to drop my nic, but it seems that my body is telling me that I want to and should.
