I'm started with my project: "Drop the nic"
I started at 12mg/ml. Now 6mg/ml and starting next month i'll go for the 3mg/ml.

Then a couple of months after my 3mg's i'll go for the 0.

I'm doubting if i should try 0... since nicotine does have some health benefits

Started at 15mg a year and a half ago, went to 12mg after a month, then 9mg briefly and been on 6mg for almost a year now. A couple more days and I will finish my 6mg juice and already got a good stock of 3mg. No Sub-ohming here, 1.5ohm at 11watt is my favorite...

Question: Do vapers usually continue after reach 0mg or do people tend to quit completely after that?

I just started vaping ,ordered a sample pack of zero nicotine tobacco flavor juices,I also ordered a couple of bottles of 12 mg nicotine so when I feel like a kick in the throat , I add a few drops to the tank. I enjoy the act of exhaling smoke so vaping with zero mg nicotine lets me do that .

I primarily vape as low nicotine (1,1.5,3) as I can get, but not 0. Nicotine really helps me (have attention issues) and keeps me awake when I feel like I am going to pass out from exhaustion.
