so I dropped to 1.5. After August, I know that my local shop will not be able to mix 1.5 for me. So the question is, do I just stick to 3mg? I feel like it's too much nic though I mean I vape a tank of my crown a day, and like 2-3 of my cleito. So 11-12 mills a day. Is this too much? It's just much easier to get three than 1.5

NO, it is not to much. I guess I just don't understand why you are so concerned about how many mls you are vaping each day. Your body WILL tell you if you are getting to much nicotine and if it does then just put the vape down for a little while.

Learn to DIY and you can put as much or as little nicotine in as you want. If your goal is to slowly ween yourself off of the nicotine and vape 0mg or quit vaping altogether, DIY is the way to go. That or buy your juice from someone who will make what you want. I started with 3mg when I went to a sub ohm tank. I'm currently at 1.5. Thinking I'll try 0.75 when I run out of what I have, but that's going to be another month or so. Between two different recipes, I've made 900ml of juice in the past couple of days.

Your vape shop can't mix it? If they're already mixing then they can mix it for you, they just won't. I've never been to a shop that wouldn't mix custom if they offered house e-liquids.

I personally vape 10-12ml a day of 4mg and it's not too much. You could do the suggestion above of mixing 3mg and 0mg bottle together. You could even try to get into DIY yourself and make your own e-liquid.

The reason you just gave is the reason DIY is not an option for us anymore.
At this point in time I don't think there is any law against making our own e-liquid so DIY should still be an option unless you are selling your product. The only thing that would keep one from doing it is lack of planning ahead and stockpiling supplies. I expect higher strength nicotine to become harder to get without a special license and lots more money than what it would cost today.

If it is a shop and he is selling it, he may have no choice. As was already mentioned you may have to buy a 0mg nic and a 3mg nic of the same flavor and mix the two to get your 1 1/2mg.

If your shop is still selling 3mg and 0 mg after 8/8/16 of the juice they like then all you have to do is purchase equal bottles of each and mix them together at home and you will have the 1.5 mg juice that you prefer to vape.

Sounds like your vape shop is going to try to work within the deeming regs after 8/8/16 and as such won't be doing custom orders. Highly doubt you'll be able to convince them otherwise as they are trying to stay in compliance with the deeming order. I suspect there will be many vape shops that won't be doing that after 8/8/16.

If you know the folks at your local vape shop, what's to really stop them from mixing a 1.5mg and ring it up as a 3mg, who would really know. The place I go said they've have no problem with custom stuff as long as there are no "new" faces in the store.

I've no doubt there will be lots of stuff going on in many vape shops after 8/8/16 that doesn't adhere to the deeming rules as long as "there are no new faces" there at that moment and one is "well known" to the vendor.

The only thing stopping them is for a few of them to get reported by an irate customer who was "told by a friend" that they were sampling juice for free OR getting custom mixes but when they ask for the same thing don't get it. It is not human nature for people to keep their mouths closed about things they really shouldn't share with others;)
