Tonight as I was tracking my packages I noticed that my package from NicVape was coming first class which I thought odd because I could have sworn I sent it priority. After checking my order I realized that it was suppose to come priority. I sent Rick an e-mail explaining the situation and asking him to e-mail me back. I wasn't expecting to hear from him until tomorrow. To my surprise he e-mailed me back in about twenty minutes apoligizing for the mistake and said he would credit me back the amount. Now that is what I call great service. Thanks a bunch Rick
