Just an NIH study abstract but wanted to capture following which could be useful:

Electronic cigarettes (E-cigs) have been gaining popularity, increasingly used to help reduce or cease smoking traditional cigarettes (T-cigs). Although E-cigs are considered a far less harmful alternative to T-cigs, there is not enough information regarding the effects of vaping E-cigs

Dentists have a lucrative racket of peddling expensive and painful scaling procedures rather than deploying antibiotics. I once had gums that bled when I brushed my teeth. After a course of antibiotics for an unrelated issue, it has never happened again. The dentist thought I'd started doing a great job of brushing my teeth, but I hadn't changed a thing. Even though they claim that antibiotic treatments don't work, it's clear that sometimes they do, and that it should be tried before resorting to expensive, time-consuming and painful treatments.
