Quick update for you all tonight...

-All three versions (18650/500/350) will be available from the launch date!

-I've also decided on the engraving designs. I think they look spectacular ;)

-I will be releasing the render of the final production version(s) within a week from today. The first pre-production run should be done within 2-3 weeks, and the testers will have them in their hands soon after.

-Obviously, I have a passion for Japanese culture. One of the facets of my interest is anime, and undoubtedly my most favorite work (as it has been for the entire time I've been watching anime) is Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Evangelion is full of symbolism. Although I cannot copy and engrave the Evangelion, Angels, characters, or certain phrases or symbols from the series (due to copyright and trademark laws), I am going to dedicate my first three runs of Limited Edition Odachi APV's to this complex and extremely philosophical masterpiece.

These first three runs will be anodized aluminum- which was my original vision for the Odachi. 50 to 100 of each will be made available, and they will have other cosmetic changes that will differentiate them from the standard-edition Odachi. Do you have any suggestions? Feel free to comment or PM me, and stay tuned for more info as we get closer to the first Odachi release!

-Start getting excited, because the final version is BADASS!

Wick hole is 2.85mm ;)

Renders of the final design will come first! Instead of manufacturing and sending out the first version, I revised the whole thing...so there will be no need for a v1.1, 1.2, etc lol. I know the vaping community is getting sick of being beta testers. ;)

Another reason I made the changes was because my machine shop backed out at the last second, and I had to search out a better one- and I found exactly what I was looking for. It was all for the best, because now I have a higher capacity and 3 different products. I'll have the renders later today or monday at the latest. :)

At this stage, all designing, manufacturing, assembling and finishing is done right here locally within 10 miles of my home town in Pennsylvania.
