If you only have 1 18650 battery in the Nitecore i2 at a time Do you get the full 1 amp charge?

its rated for .5 amps... with 1 or 2 batteries... so, no it wont apply 1 amp to 1 battery

Yeah, i2 is 500 mah/ channel. It's too bad too, because it takes a year to charge a 26650.
