Well my nitecore i2 lasted 2 days before the spring snapped off as if someone had taken a knife and cute it. The break was clean and I cannot understand how this happened. I went to put my battery in the slot and the spring just snapped. I thought it perhaps it just came loose so I took it apart to attach the spring and notice that the hook wasn't there. There was no saving this product. Now I have no battery charger. Called my local B&M vape shop and they said they have a nitecore um20. But the snapped spring has me worried that about spring loaded trays. The cost for the um20 is $25 and because of the desperate need for a charger, I really have no choice unless I want to wait a week for me to get one off ebay. I hope that my i2 was just a bad batch and not common for these battery chargers.

I've owned a Nitecore Intellicharger i4 for over a year and a half. My daughter has owned a Nitecore Intellicharger i2 for the same amount of time. No problems at all with either one.

Generally speaking, any charger made by Nitecore, Xtar, Pila, or the Efest LUC will be a very decent charger. I had a heavily used Pila for nearly two years, then one of the charging bays stopped working. **** happens.

I have to second the praise of the Nitecore I4 been using mine for over a year, charging batteries daily. The only issue I've had was the slides not moving smoothly when I first got it. I lubed the slides with a very small amount of Vaseline jelly and smooth as silk from then 'til now. I'd buy another one today if I needed to.
